Is the Angel Island the actual Angel Island?

From looking at it, I'm guessing yes. Looks very similar and it's near San Francisco, where the game heads during story mode.

That sounds great. That might end up being my favorite map just because of that. I don't know if this has been answered(probably has), but does this game have a lobby/ matchmaking type system that makes it easy to play with friends?

Yep, you can have a party of up to 16 people by inviting friends, their friends, etc and then find a game.

Plus you can do private matches.

Nice, 16 man parties. If I could just clone myself 15 times and then buy 15 360s and Live subscriptions "I" would be unstoppable.

8 on 360, 7 on PS3. 360 has one exclusive map.

I haven't checked into the controls, default are basically the same as BF/COD. I just picked it up and immediately knew what every button did. LOL

every vid gets me more and more pumped for this game. Extreme are there smoke grenades??? I know you have frags and EMP's but havent seen a smoke. If there are smoke grenades have you tried them and are they worth using? Have you used any SMG's yet and if so do they have a noticeable range disadvantage compared to the assault rifles? Thanks for taking the time to answer these

I dont think that I have played a shooter yet with any OS folks so if possible please leave your GT so I can add you to the FL. Appreciate it fella's!!

every vid gets me more and more pumped for this game. Extreme are there smoke grenades??? I know you have frags and EMP's but havent seen a smoke. Yes, SMG's have much less range. This isn't COD, you're not going to be sniping people half way across the map with an SMG

Hmm, the game does sound pretty good, but I'm going to be cautious until I see what happens the 1st week into release when you get all the idiots online that will try their best to break things.

Battle Commander mode is great. It's the same as Ground Control and TDM, but with the commander. I got to 3 stars, had guys hunting me down and you definitely felt more pressure. As you build stars, you get perks, which is also cool. My Drone was picking off people left and right, and every star I gained more life. But also got more and more noticed.

The only bummer is the mode only supports 24 people instead of 32 like normal ground control.

Yeah, I was disappointed as well

Not really sure of the reason, unless it's something to do with the amount of stuff going on.
