Made a full set of exquisite glass armour, along with an exquisite glass sword. Man I'm tearing it up as my Dark Elf spell sword character.

I don't know how you guys have problems with Frost Trolls, I kill them so easily. Maybe it's because I use firebolt in my left hand, but even when they hit me at a low level I didn't find the damage was all that bad. I also just dodge the hits easily lol.

I can't find the quest to start the Dark Brotherhood. I've been asking around, and I swear I remember a shop-keeper telling me about it but I can't seem to find it in my quest log.

I hope Saadia wasn't expecting instant results, because I just got absolutely clobbered when I tried it. Guess I'll wait on that one.

Can anybody tell me how to avoid the bugs in The Forsworn Conspiracy, because the quest sound interesting but I don't wanna do it if it gets all bugged out.

Also got into the Dark Brotherhood, some of those cool killcams make assassinating somebody way more satisfying than in Oblivion.

Here's how I did it, progress the quest until the guards frame you, agree to go with them and get locked up. When you escape into the city don't attack anyone. Just watch the guards get slaughtered. Quest completed. Lol.

My goodness, it took me like four hours to figure out what the hell was wrong with my game.

Became public enemy number one today in markarth. Apparently I had upset the city before I ever visited it, so when I got in markarth to steal things for the thieves guild.( maybe I shouldn't have killed the bounty collector they sent) I was attacked by around 10 markarth city guards but I used my dadreic sword and just cut everyone down. Thankfully I got out alive and stole something with only 15,000 in bounty. Never again will I go there.

Became public enemy number one today in markarth. Apparently I had upset the city before I ever visited it, so when I got in markarth to steal things for the thieves guild.( maybe I shouldn't have killed the bounty collector they sent) I was attacked by around 10 markarth city guards but I used my dadreic sword and just cut everyone down. Thankfully I got out alive and stole something with only 15,000 in bounty. Never again will I go there.

I thought the same thing...just avoid Marketh.....but when I came out of a shop in Solitude.....bam.....the guards were all over me, didn't even want to arrest me, just kill me. It's a certain region in the game I believe.

Can you pick pocket guys tell me how you got started. I get a 50% chance at best to pick pocket anything and that is not yielding good results at all.

It took me about five attempts but I finally killed that frost troll on the way to the grey beards main quest. I went up on the ledge of the mountain on the other side of the trail and softened him up with a couple arrows then used the fire destruction spell on him a few times. I hardly ever use magic, but it saved me there.

I keep getting sidetracked by companion and thieves guild quests, but I'm going to try and put a few main quests together in a row.

Arrows
Fire
Sword or Mace w/shield is a great tactic on enemies.

When you finally find Storm Call.....

Storm Call(no companion near it kills them too)
Healing
and then finish 'em off any way you want is awesome too.

For those with the Marketh-Forsworn problem.....like I had been having...

Find a guard that will let you get arrested. Just give in ....get arrested and follow the quest in the Cidnah prison. It's the only way to get the guards off your back. I found my problem with the guards in other towns was that I had that potion that I'm supposed deliver to the advisor to the Jarl in Marketh....was still in my possession and considered a stolen item since I couldn't get near him to give it too him. After the prison quest...I could so I'm good with the guards now. I find it hysterical that it's basically a "deliver a Viagra quest! Friggin' Viagra in Skyrim!

If you sheath your sword or weapon, then they'll give you the option to go to jail.
