Well the plane that crashes is an oceanic flight like in Lost.

Just feels strange that they give you such bent and not just troubled character to select from. It's not like the game has a comedy slant to it. Either the devs hated run of the mill troubled souls and went for straight dbags or their issues play a part I the story down the line.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of Farcry 2 with zombies as I was playing it.

Kinda works too I guess but that game was awful and even more buggy.

That jumping kick can be quite useful,espeically when it comes to drowning them.
Also for those that aren't there yet or missed it you can throw anything at a can and it'll explode. You don't need something fire based. Throw a paddle or wrench or whatever.

This game is pretty cool, but I can already tell it would be much better playing with friends. Now I have to convince my cheap *** friends to try it too.

I played for a couple hours last night and was really having a lot of fun. I didn't plan on playing it that long but I just couldn't put it down. My gf and a friend of ours are going to all play together. Should be a damn good time.

Sadly the map isn't. There's a side quest to get a guy some booze. I gave him what I had but nothing happend. Next to the main quest there was a marker that showed me there was some in the same buliding as my destination. So no big,just grab it there. After I grabbed it and the main quest item there's no icon to get back to the guy. The only icon is to turn in the main quest. I now only have a vauge idea of where this guy is. Even setting it to active doesn't bring it up. There's no sort of companion marker either. I helped someone out and he said I should follow him. I wanted to but I stopped to look in a store for items then couldn't find him anymore.

I had a similar problem with the dev release in that the quest never said that he needed 5 bottles of alcohol. When I got the "fixed" version it mentioned that in the quest list. After you find 5 bottles then he will appear on your map and complete the quest.

Played 4 hours last night. Had a hard time putting the game down. If feels a little like Fallout 3 did to me. I like you can customize your character a little bit and the leveling. I also like how you can customize the weapons and get blueprints like FO3. Also when wandering off the beaten path it's nerve racking like the early levels of FO3 when you knew you could die at any moment. So far it's a blast.

Driving trucks through a horde of zombies will never get old. Period.

I have yet to get bored of kicking the zombies while they're down. Over and over and over and over. Or thowing a knife at their butt while they're down. Cheap laughs.

If you do play it by yourself, just turn all the lights off, and kick up the sound. It is more tense when your doing this alone.

same here. I really thought I would play for about 10 to 15 minutes, but man the game really grabbed me and I could not stop playing lol. I really had to force myself to shut the 360 off.
