After 216 hours my Witcher 3 Saga is complete. I finished the main game and all the DLC's and it only took around 3 years. I waited forever to finish the last DLC because I really didn't want the series to end. I've finished the previous 2 entries as well so I've been adventuring with Geralt's for a long time and a bit sad to see it come to a close.

The soundtrack is probably my all time favorite and I listen to it all the time at work, it's one of the best to just relax and listen.

I love this game but it's beginning to feel like a daunting task. I'm trying to play it like I do other RPG's do a bunch of side quest, level up my character, then rip through the main story with ease. But in this game the side quest seem endless, just so many, not only that a lot of them have several steps and cut scenes similar to the main story line. At this rate seems like I'll never beat this game. I'm currently level 21 70 hours, should I continue doing a mix of main story and side quest or just go through the main story then do the side quest afterwards?

70 hours??! Wow you have barely gotten started.....LOL

The longest of my 3 playthru's has been almost 400 hours. Don't worry about the time spent, just enjoy the time.

That's my advice anyway.

I finally got started on this on XBOX one X (wow is it crazy nice graphics!!) and put in 29 hours last week, I'm about halfway through level 9...

Hearing you all say you have 400 hours into the game almost makes me want to give up though lol

You get out of it what you put in. You could just do the main story and finish the game much quicker. But you would miss one of the best parts of one of the best games ever made.

Gwent was my downfall. My hours were padded after I got addicted to that game

I've started and stopped this game a couple times now. I find myself dying a lot. I play for a couple days then I play a few other games for a week or so and I come back to this and I come back to this game and forget what was going on. I think it's a game I have to play from start to finish consistently. I think I'm going to put it on the back burner until 2025 when I retire.

Finally got around to taking this game on. I'm level 5, is it me or is it hard to get money in this game? Every time I get a few hundred coins( i forget what it's called) it seems to disappear with fixing my armour and swords and I'm back to just a few.

yes it is, I finally got good at Gwent and when I find a merchant who is bad at it I just take all his money...easiest way to get money IMO

Use witcher sense in buildings to find all the glowing yellow containers to loot, hoard, and sell everything not tied down.

Kill some bandits, that's at least some swords or maces that can be looted and sold.

Liquor, beer and wine too. Sure, they all heal you but causes that hella annoying blurry effect. So many other foods to eat instead with no side effects.

I'd have assumed MHW as well, but the characters they're introducing have been from other Capcom games. I'm real curious where this goes.
