maybe that's why I didn't get the glitch..??

Lol. I actually DID sell his starting swords as well since I found better ones and thought I wouldn't be able to upgrade his equipment. His armor I remembered who I sold it to so that was easy to recover - but painful on the coin. His swords, I had a bit of a tougher time. 1.5 hours of playing later and I eventually found the guy in White Orchard at the Nilfgaardian outpost.

There's 2 in the first area you do. They art missions per se, they are one of the ? things that show up on your map.

1 your in a town, the other your on the road where a little shrine is.

Really can't wait to get back to.. exploring
Hoping I get all day tomorow to just relax and play.

1 thing I will say is that so far I in no way have become overwhelmed with this game like I do with other RPG's..
Seems like the pace etc.. is very well done.
In other RPG's I get like 10 side quests in 30 seconds it seems and befpore long I have no idea if I'm coming or going lol
We'll see if this trend continues with this game.

I'll advance the story more eventually but I really do love the exploring and finding things.

The transitions between night to day and day to night are awesome. I've been completely enamored by the stars popping out against a darkening, blue sky and a rising sun shooting orange beams out.

How do you turn the control hints off the HUD?

for those on pc using a controller, the controller left stick sensitivity can be adjusted by going to:

"The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\config\platform\pc\", open the "platformgameplay.ini" file with a text editor and find the "LeftStickSensitivity" variable, located at the top. This setting is defaulted to "0.7", but change it to "1.0" for more responsive analog movement!

Many thanks go to Asmodean778 for this tweak!"

edited: i tried this adjustment and it makes left stick sensitivity much better and your characters movement is improved and seems more precise. hope this helps others.

When you meditate Geralt uses alcohol to replenish all potions (and bombs). Therefore once you craft each potion/bomb you never need to go find the ingredients and craft more. Just make sure you have alcohol (which you can also craft I believe). Hope that helps.

PC patches will be numbered differently because they don't need MS/Sony approval to roll them out and usually happen a lot quicker and more often.
