still never got the Caduceus. only time I had it was during Alpha when they sold it in the DZ.

to add to information about the HVTs, the Weekly ones, especially the bottom 2, are really hard, so doing them solo will be tough. The last one can drop a 240 gear set though.

We did the second to last, it wasn't bad with 2, solo wouldn't be impossible but I would rather not try (they seemed to have made the AI more aggressive). We tried the last one and when we activated it there were a couple of the heavy cleaners so we kited them a bit and it canceled the mission saying we went out of the mission area and wasting the intel.

AI is a lot harder especially in the DZ. You almost can't extract by yourself anymore. I've never been put down at an extraction by AI. Was put down about 3 times tonight.

I haven't had a chance to try the game after the update yet. Sounds like it's gotten better! Glad to hear that

My initial reaction is that the game has gotten better. This is coming from a non DZ player. I'm seeing more loot dropping, higher quality items as well. The HVT's are a cool addition. It does look like the daily missions are no more, which is fine with me I guess because the S&D missions, and the HVT's are a new, rewarding experience. I got one of the new Lone Star masks last night for defeating only a 2nd level difficulty guy along with a gold that he dropped. I have noticed though the AI guys are tougher. Either I can't take as much damage as I used to before the update, or they deal out more damage now. For me though, this update has put some life back into the game.

There is a lot more to do in the game now. I got 5 set pieces in the first day of the update, three of them 240, so it definitely felt more rewarding.

Logged in for first time in a month to do those intel missions and it didn't allow me to do because I need to complete all side missions and encounters in specific zones. What a bummer!!!!!!!!!!

Went to darkzone for 20minutes killed some computers and went to extract. 20secs till chopper came enemies rushed me (dz5) and downed my *** but I quickly logged off while my guy was still crawling. Curious to see if they will spawn me with items in the safe zone or what happens lol.

Also tried the new incursions but it put me in a session that was already in progress and I couldn't catch up to them because it was no spawn zone. If you are going to allow people to join sessions in progress but not be able to play it then what is the point of allowing me to join? Seems dumb

Yea enemy AI is way tougher, I was running with a group and I could tell that toughness now rules.

They will drop you quick if you can't take the hits.

No question this is far better than the daily missions for a solo non-DZ player. Have you seen any Hunter or Sentry gear drop?

The green I got was from the Lone Wolf set. Just a mask, but the one I crafted from the Strikers set was better. I've only got two greens, both strikers, so I wasn't about to give up the set bonus, so into the stash it went.


I hope to get to play more this weekend, I had a midterm today for a course I'm taking at work so I only had a chance to jump on quickly yesterday to try it out.

Considering how much you get in drops now (last night playing for an hour in the DZ I got 5 teal caches) they really should have increased the amount you can store. The 40 items plus what you can hold fills up really fast with how much you can get now. Granted most things get sold or broken down but if your trying to collect pieces for each set to try them out that will take up all of your storage space. I guess I will have to start using my alt character as a mule to hold items....

If any of you guys are gonna be in the DZ in PS4 please add me (gr8juan) or invite me. I lost 10,000 XP in 30 minutes just running around chasing the guy who fragged me. Found a green backpack and managed to secure a drop (with 10 seconds left) but the rooftop extraction in DZ02 got overrun and almost the same thing at DZ01 so I the way I see it I need a crew.
