    How does the co-op work?

I've got a buddy who basically bought a PS4 simply so we could play online. But all we ever play is COD, and we're both getting tired of it.

Can we go through the entire story together on co-op on FC4?

I don't think you can do any of the story missions on co-op.

Still can't believe they did coop like they did. Could have been much better.

Yeah I'm disappointed... You can do everything BUT missions... Which seems kind of blah to me. Oh well

I'm on PS3 and have not had any problems signing into PSN or the Ubisoft servers. I've also only played offline because I assume no one else I know is playing this on PS3. Online isn't really a story mode, it's just jumping on with someone else to do side stuff/wreak havoc.

Right. Or at least make it so that the outposts and collectibles you found TOGETHER apply to both players single player game saves.

Nothing like capturing a bunch of outposts and finding a bunch of locations only to have to do the same thing over again in your own save.

I understand people may have different parts of the map unlocked at different times, but this could have been handled better I think.

Pretty much nothing carrying over is a huge miss by ubisoft. You can play for a couple hours in a friends game and it is essentially a waste of time progress wise. Still fun though.

                        Spoiler

I'm about 22% complete after 10 hours, I randomly explore a lot of the time as I like just stumbling on outposts and other side quests. I could see myself spending 50 hours in this game for sure. I do hate that it takes more arrows to kill a honey badger than a Yak... I mean Honey Badgers are badass and all but I think a Yak would be a tiny bit harder to take down.

                            Re: Far Cry 4

I loved FC2 and FC3 and I am enjoying this game so far, but at times there is just way too much going on. For example, when trying to climb a tower, I was repeatedly attacked by bees, honey badgers, snakes and eagles any time I got near the tower. There were constantly enemies driving by and showing up out of nowhere and 3 times my nearest outpost was being attacked and I has to abandon the tower. Every time I came back to the tower it was more of the same: bees were back even though I had destroyed the nests earlier, honey badgers, snakes and eagles, not to mention enemies. Lather, rinse, repeat.

While certainly more challenging, it was really quite absurd. It was actually overbearing. I certainly preferred the pace of the past 2 FC titles. I do not like constantly having to defend outposts that I have overtaken. Hopefully things chill out a bit as I go along.

Oh, and rhinos hate cars. Hate 'em.

Agree but you don't have to defend the outpost as the enemies can't take over the outpost so even if you "lose" it, it doesn't matter because you don't actually lose it at all.

When climbing towers, I always use a guns for hire and sit them in front, mine have been upgraded and pretty easily clean up anything that might come around. Never had any issues with bees though.

I'm 50something% done, and about 20 hours in (I just opened the north).
