Log off the internet if you’re still worried about spoilers for a game that came out in late October. Certainly avoid entering a thread about it, lol.

Wow. This thread changed quickly.

So now it's just ok to drop endgame stuff wherever, whenever? That's not how it's been done in the past around here. I've never had to "avoid" a thread on what is still a very young game on OS before. In fact, can find quite a few instances of mods tagging/removing posts themselves while warning people to tag obvious spoilers.

Now all of the sudden if I (we) don't want something spoiled we should stay off the internet? Lol, ok.

People have taken pretty good care in this thread to tag MINOR details. Is it really that surprising to you that people want to be able to discuss a game with others without worrying about accidentally coming across major story spoilers?

And regardless, why does it make you hyped that people appreciate tags? It's not like they're being asked to do something extravagant, adding tags is really a very simple process....

I’m the furthest thing from “hyped” over your opinion on spoiler tag usage. Just find amusement in someone expecting heavy spoiler tags usage inside a dedicated thread for a game 3 months after release.

Feel like it’s on you and not those talking openly about the game at this point.

There are countless spoiler tags throughout this thread. There are countless times people asking for tags or tagging details that are probably insignificant, just to be courteous and on the safe side. Then a pretty major spoiler gets dropped, and "it's on me" because I asked for a tag?

Frame it however you want to but I know I'm not the only here who has this opinion.

Like, I'm early in Chapter 3 folks... and I've logged possibly over 200 hours in this game already (taking a break because of my Spider-Man acquisition on Christmas day).

So because I don't play to your story pace, I can't engage in conversation in this thread over fear of being spoiled of something? It takes less time and energy to tag (or click on a tag) than it does for us to have this very discussion. There may be a statute of limitations on these kinds of things, but for a game of this breadth I don't think that three months is it, and I also think it shouldn't come without warning. Once I know the tags are off, I will sadly have to walk away from this thread until I finish this game, which as you can tell may not be for a while.

The easier action really would be to create a different thread for spoiler talk, though I know people will jump on that idea and call it unnecessary.

I'm probably at 200-300 and I think I am in Chapter 4. Might be the beginning of 5.

I'm with you. Don't know how many hours, but still in the early parts of chapter 3. I do like hunting for crazy animals in the swamp though. Or legendary moose. Or fishing. Or robbing some houses. Or doing random white blip stranger missions. Or beating people up after they talk smack to me.

Started my second play through last night. First time I went though as a "good" guy. I think this time I will be robbing everyone I can find. Also gonna slow it down and just roam, explore the towns. I probably put 70-80 hours into first play through and this will be an almost infinite playthrough

Well as soon as I saw the first response to my last post (which was a slip up because I have tagged everything prior) I went back and tagged it.

But I am kinda like “it has been out for over 3 months”.

Anyway sorry for the slip.

Back to talking about this amazing game.

I now have so much more to do!!!

I want to start a second playthrough, playing as evil as possible, but I feel like the story wouldn't match that style.
