From my experience so far headshot only matter when you have the sniper rifle.

Thats what I have noticed as well. Only when sniping does Headshots matter/count.

One thing I really don't like is the online interface. It is really hard to get a game going IMO. Last night one of my friends and I wanted to join a game. So I start a "party" and he joins, then we do an optimatch and wait 45 seconds for it to find other people. Once it finds other people and we have a game, it kicks us back out to search for another game. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get into a game faster?

I'll try and remember to add you, but feel free to add a group of us from this list, and once you get into games you can look at the recent players screen, and send more invites out that way.

Playing in games with OS'ers makes online gaming intensely fun, I doubt I'd play as much online as I do without the great group of people here

Yeah - that's actually one of my XBL annoyances. Christ - grade school was decades ago .... now I have to ask people "Will you be my friend?"

If I trim my list of XBL players (as I have done recently) .... that means they are not my "friend"? Damn. I just haven't played them in a while.
