So, I got an email that my game was ready for pick up at Target. Go in. Wait 20 minutes for them to find the game, and then find out that they made a mistake and they didnt have any in stock. I was like "the email said it was ready. How is it ready if it's not in stock." Sorry sir, it was a glitch. Haha. Oh well. Got a rain check to get it at the same price later when it's back in stock.

I literally just bought this game two days ago. It getting to the point where games are going on sale within weeks after release.

I guess I’m gonna start avoiding release day purchases.

I'm going to apologize to Dan about seeing people.

On my PS4, I'm getting all the time by people I never saw. They're like 50 meters out taking me down with assault weapons and I don't see them at all.

I have a 2011 Plasma 1080p TV...I don't really think bumping up to 4k will suddenly turn the light on.

I still think turning off spotting is good but the soldiers blend in way too well.

It's not your TV, It's the game. It's taking me a while to get use to the way this game plays. I was getting shot from all over the place and never saw any enemies. There are quite a few snipers to deal with. The overall game seems a little dark and also hard to notice enemies until they're blasting you from point blank range. And I play on 65" 4K

I also felt the movement was sluggish until I adjusted the aim and zoom speed in the settings. I play Domination and have gotten a little better by just sticking with my squad.

Turn off all the visual effects in the video settings and it helps some.

I have my FOV on 70 and sensitivity on 80 as well and that helps.

The game is just extremely hit and miss. It has the beautiful landscapes and scenery that Dice does really well, but the majority of maps seem hollow and lack depth. They spent more time catering to fans of other franchises than their own loyal fan base and it shows. It feels like a polished Call of Duty to me most of the time.

I agree with the first part but playing like COD? Have you played this year's COD with the pit bulls the rolling wheels that fly around the map and paralyze you the character that throws ziplines like Spiderman all while on shoebox maps? Nah. Nothing like COD I have the game it's a cluster. You think the TTK is fast in this in that game it's insane

It's more about TTD than TTK when it comes to COD.

I'm talking about just the base game itself. The movement in this year's game is great, but the generic feel of all the guns has a very COD-like feel to me. Most of the guns seem to handle pretty similar and are forgettable. The customization and specializations have no real balance and don't make up for it.

I almost exclusively use the SMLE Turner with a 3x, STG, or KE7 and I hate how OP the KE7 is. If you don't use it sometimes you're at a disadvantage.

What's the point in the V-1, V-2 bombs ? There's a little bit of strategy there, but people primarily hold on to them until the final 100 tickets in the round and then there are 6 bombs being dropped within a few minutes.

The forging seems okay, but the majority of the time people do it and it actually makes things more difficult on the team or they are so busy doing it they don't notice someone flanking and then you get shot in the back.

The quick capture mechanic can really screw a team over for performing well. I've seen it happen several times, especially on a huge map like HAMADA where one team will capture everything within 150 tickets left and next thing you know one or two guys can cap an objective in a matter of seconds.

The game with a few patches could be good, but as it is it's all over the place sometimes and there are a lot of things I dislike about it.

I like how effective smoke is.
I like that you can't run and gun effectively.
I like that it emphasizes the need for strength in numbers.
It's a beautiful game.
I love the tank/AT balance in the game.
I like that the vehicles in general control better.
I like the spotting mechanics.


Just felt the need to list a few things I like because I'm always so negative.

I'm usually the one thats always so negative LOL. and SMOKE is a lifesaver in this game if your a medic. As far as Hamada i dont even touch that map . all other maps are fine just need some indoor ones so i can use my tommy gun



I dont even know how or when you get the V1 bombs or whatever . Does anyone actually know how to throw back a grenade?

When you're near a grenade it'll prompt you to press a button to throw it back. I couldn't tell you what button as I play PC. I've thrown a few away to save my squad.
