I like this game but I feel so damn overwhelmed. Hit veteran rank 1 and not sure what to do next. Collect crafting stuff, level enchanting blacksmithing etc, do dungeons, keep questing, reroll, do pvp...so damn much. Not used to this mmo stuff.

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Wait til u see how long the leveling takes lol. It's best to set out a plan for one thing at a time. If you spread yourself to thin in the game u get overwhelmed.

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
I leveled it by farming enemies in the beginning of the Aldmeri Dominion line. Basically buy the devour perk to stay in wolf form, and farm low level areas. The werewolf line raises quickly from my experience. Took an hour to max it.
Anyway I just hit veteran rank. Im so overwhelmed with what to do next.
For some reason it seems like my skills take a lot longer to level since I hit vet. I really just wanted the werewolf for the stamina passive anyway. The whole ultimate isn't that great compared to my other ultimate abilities.

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
I know we've all been playing rocket league but whenever you get back to your templar I sure could use someone to party up with.Been rolling along pretty well with my Templar DPS/healing hybrid (level 27) until I ran into a level 27 public boss (skull and crossbones on the map) that can one shot me with a spell I don't even see coming. Guess I'll have to come back later for that one.
This game is so damn fun, and I've been playing by myself for the most part. My buddies said we'd all level together, but they nerded out hard last week while I was busy moving and are both almost level 50 already. I'll catch up someday.
Need to create my character today. Is a templar like a Paladin?Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Honestly, the classes aren't like any other MMO game. My Templar, albeit only level 9, is a mage. Light armor, staff, all magic. You can pretty much play any class any way. My Nightblade uses Heavy Armor and is a tank.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
What he said. They just have a seperate set of abilities, but you can say that Templar is like a Paladin in the way the abilities look & are named, light/holy attacks.
I just bought my first horse. Took a while to save 10K... Also dungeon diving is pretty fun, wreaking stuff with 3 other people."In a year that has been so improbable, the impossible has happened." - Vin Scully

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
You have skill lines that you can choose to develop. You don't have to develop any of them, and odds are you won't be able to develop all of them.
-Your class has certain skill lines.
-Your race has certain skill lines.
-The guilds you join (fighters, mages, the undaunted) have certain skill lines.
-The crafting certifications have certain skill lines.
-Each weapon & armor type have skill lines.
As far as I know, everybody can learn any and all of the last 3. But the race & class are specific. I don't know all the different ones, but I'm a templar and I can heal people and use sun/fire based attacks. And i'm a Khajit (cat people) so i have stealth and can regenerate health quicker.Comment
