I have never seen the appeal of Subway either. I mean, unlike you if you paid me, i would eat there...shoot, for $20 i would put my face into my soup and blow.

But i really have never liked anything at Subway. Their Meatball Marinara is edible. Ive gotten the Italian before and it was edible. But ive got edible stuff in my pantry. So, yeah, good know Im not alone. Ive tried to like it to no avail.

Oh yeah i remember those. It was all over the news, they discontinued those because they found salmonella in all of their latest boxes. Had a huge recall right at the end it was crazy.

Going to Walmart to pick up a couple of things and there is NEVER a basket in the rack as soon as you walk in. I always have to traipse to the other side of the store to the registers to find one by the check-outs. Never fails.

Lol that would irritate me too. Im trying to picture how your Walmart is set up? Almost every Walmart i have been to has entrances at both ends of the store, with cashiers lined between them. Ive never had to look for a basket - unless i decide i dont need one when i walk in. Then, invariably, i need a basket.

Oh wait... A hand-held basket? Or a rolling cart basket?

Just the hand held basket. Never one on the designated rack when you walk in, ever.

McDonalds new Quarter Pounder patty is less dry....

I don't know why, but I just never get into BK. It's a little more expensive and just not amazing to me after eating, vs McDs it hits the spot. Maybe it's just comfort/what I'm used to.

I will agree with this. And their new beef is much better.

Although i do verrryyy occasionally (once a year or so) go in to BK to order a Rodeo Burger. Its not on the menu anymore but they still make them. Tiny burgers but still pretty decent.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

My weird mail delivery saga ends with no resolution.

Got a package delivered but instead of dropping it off, they just left delivery notice card (I doubt they even knocked. People know delivery truck people don't always knock, they just come by with sole intention of just leaving the notice card so that they don't waste time stopping too long at peoples houses). They DIDN'T even drop it off at the post office. Person at the post office even got my name/number and told me they'd let me know if they ever did get it.

Called the main customer service and they said that it's possible it was just returned to the sender and to contact the sender about this. Which makes no sense because I don't know who the sender is which is part of the point of all this. The online tracking of the item just said the card was left saying where to pick it up, but the person on the phone said the site might not be updated to when the item was sent back to the sender. So who knows what's going on. Either the item really is getting sent back to sender(and hopefully they re-send it), or something worse happened like delivery person actually just kept it for themselves or it fell off the truck or something.

I checked my Amazon and eBay accounts just incase someone hacked it and some reason ordered something to my house, but that wasn't the case either.

It is still on the menu up here. They just call it the rodeo king now.

I actually filled out one of the receipt surveys from walmart once just to complain about the lack of available hand baskets lol

probably had nothing to do with my complaint but a few weeks later they restocked their supply

Lack of hand baskets in the front come from customers leaving them throughout the store in the oddest places. When I use to work at Walmart I use to find them in the bathroom, in lawn & garden, hardware, gym equipment department, toys. Then you have a good amount of customers who steal them too. Like shopping carts, those hand baskets not easy to replace nor are they cheap either like so many customers think they are.

Also FYI the district manager gets on your *** too for ordering more.

Sounds about right. However, even some stuff at Wal Mart isnt cheap either. For the amount of money i have spent on less-than-a-third-filled bags of Doritos and Ruffles, im pretty sure they could at least fully stock this region with hand baskets. Sorry i cant do anything for other regions.
