LOL....you guys are awesome. I have to say that this is one of the more interesting threads that I have read here at OS....maybe because its a little personal.
Anyway, I haven't attempted to talk to this girl , and I don't plan on having any meetings. I think I'm just pissed because I let her get into my head, and I have thought about talking to her some more. I've thought what harm could come out of us just being friends, but then I get thinking thats stupid because the attraction is too strong. Its not that I just want to bang her. I don't know how to explain it...she just pushes my buttons, and we have many of the same interests.
I love my wife, and daughter. I'm not about to hurt them. I'm just pissed because I let this girl kick my ***.
What can I say...us Bama boys are playas! jk

Not to knock you but would she like you if you weren't married and had a kid? If she is in her 30's, not married, no kids, and not dating...then what is she? Either someone who has been unlucky, someone who is completely psycho, or someone who's clock is ticking. I vote for #2 or #3.
How many times can I count the number of girls who seemed to like me when I was in a relationship. My gosh they are everywhere. They have either had bad luck or aren't happy where they are and see a guy who has his life together and makes his girl happy. They want that.

Best thing you did (imo) was own up to it, admit it shook you a bit and then realize the scope of the situation. Takes alot to admit that kind of stuff to yourself and then to basically take a deep breath and keep going, not that you care, but thats an admirable thing to do.Check out my Tampa Bay Buccaneers CFM Thread.

This is one of those things that you can't really share with many people in your life for obvious reasons other than maybe a best friend or something...but I knew I could confess to my OS brethren!
I think this chick is evil, and I'm going to avoid her like the bubonic plague. I find it strange that no one hasn't settled down with her too. Like I said earlier, this is the first woman that has really revved my engine since I've been married. Maybe she did rev your engine, but dude she won't be the last. You're married but you aren't dead.
You love your wife, you would do anything for her, want to spend your entire life with her, but that doesnt mean you wont ever be attracted to anyone else, and same for her, but it starts and ends there.
Good looking women are out there that might find you attractive, same for your wife, but you two are with the one's that you should be with, especially the length of time you've had together. That's not an easy task.Comment

Throwing away 9 years of a marrige for a couple of minutes of fun is not worth it. And you've got a 6 month old daughter. In the case of any normal father, you probably love her to death. How about, not seeing her on your terms? Because when you go through that divorce and your wife leaves she's taking the baby with her. How would you feel about that?
Im in somewhat similar setup as yours BUT not just as long. I've only been married to my wife for 2.5 years and I have a little 2 month old daughter. Both whom I love very much. But my baby girl?...MAN! I would have a fit if I couldn't see her everyday when I come home. She has just been the joy I've been missing my whole life AND NOTHING IN THIS WORLD IS WORTH IT!
Trust me, I've had chances to do some real sneaky stuff and had urges BUT loosing my wife is not worth it. BUT loosing my baby girl makes it even more NOT WORTH IT! And it's not like I'll loose my baby girl BUT not seeing her everyday just doesn't do it for me.I have more respect for a man who let's me know where he stands, even if he's wrong.
