That's why you have to man up and do it...If she was in your spot would you want her with random guys you didn't know about? Probably not.

Same thing happened to my best friend w/ one of his exes.

I cheated on that ex. Didn't really feel bad. Only time I've ever cheated. Admittedly, my mind was nowhere near in the right place at the time. We broke up in 09. For two years, she'd randomly show up at my job or apartment. **** was crazy.
A few years back, I broke up with an ex like the 2nd week of November. She cried but I thought it was a relatively clean break up. Tell me why on Thanksgiving morning she BEATS ME to my moms house and sits for dinner LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. They're crazy man.

Did your mom know you'd broken up with her all ready?

No, I hadn't told my family yet. I'm actually glad because then it was only awkward for me. No need to ruin everyone's holiday because of my crazies.

One day on Easter she showed up w/ an Easter basket and kissed me. I had the blankets look ever.

I broke up with an ex in college who I dated for 2 years. She lost 30 pounds over the next 2 months and nearly killed herself.

Needless to say, I'm a little hesitant to give any girl bad news now.

In college, one of my exes threw herself out of a moving vehicle after I broke up with her and ran back to my apartment.

I knew how to pick em, she was great looking though.

                        Re: Cheating

There have been some messy breakups in my past. One chick in high school literally opened the drivers side door as I was driving away and hung on while I drove maybe 10 feet before stopping. Once I stopped she proceeded to throw a mixture of open hand slaps and hammer fists. She still called, showed up at my apartment without notice and caused minor scenes anytime I saw her out after that. But after a month or so she finally gave up.

I've had a few females break things of mine during breakups. One of many reasons not to breakup with someone in your house or apartment.

Minor stalking would be the end result most of the times though. Of course the threatening to kill oneself would issued from time to time.

But I have to admit the **** I put some of my ex girlfriends through would lead most people to go a little nuts. Cheating being one of them. Not something I'm proud of or anything, but cheating was always a problem for me in almost all of my past relationships.

My cheating days are in the past though. I've since learned to keep my **** in my pants or in my significant other. Currently newly engaged, happy, and involved in my healthiest relationship yet.

The same night I drug the chic across the floor:

Earlier that night she was pissed and asked me for something of mine to break. She asked me for something to break. Seriously. I tossed her a watch she bought me that was still in the case, never opened. She starts hammering away at it. Stops when she realizes what it is and gives me a death stare.

                                Re: Cheating

Cheating should not be an issue really if both sides are honest with the other about how they feel and what exactly do they want. If I don't find a girl to be wifey material, then we just are dating, friends, etc. But if I'm in a committed relationship, then I have only eyes for my girl.

It's simple to see in my mind that it's a right vs. wrong issue, there isn't much gray area. A person can try to rationalize cheating, but I just don't see in any case where that is acceptable.
