I tell you what, work isn't fun, but its amazing what a Cherry Coke, some pretzels and my new iPhone speakers in my office with the door shut can do. Makes it almost tolerable..........................almost.

I like the part about promising to bring in a major retailer to Greenfield. She promised that both times she ran. I find it hard to believe anyone will buy that promise considering the economic climate these days.

BTW if you're serious just build a reputation in the legal profession for a few years and with your common sense and forthright manner I can see you kicking butt in a run for mayor

Well I am going to run this year, but really it is just an attempt to get some free advertising for my law practice and to get my name out there. Any publicity is good publicity and I have absolutely nothing I'd be worried about from my background.

No more than an hour (a ****ing hour) after i posted this, an e-mail was sent out that said "No ipods and headphones" which makes perfect sense. Dont wear headphones at work is something i can live with and i hadnt been doing that.

Then, my ***** of a boss comes up and points at my speakers (which arent turned up, you cant hear it outside my office with the door open) and says "Did you see the email?" i told him yea and i didnt wear headphones and he said "I still think those need to go. I personally dont care, but dont want him (the guy who sent the email) to freak out on me" So i asked what about people who listened to the internet radio or had a clock radio, do they have to shut that off? He said "No, its just iPods"

What the ****? It doesnt bother anyone. Anytime a client comes in, or i have a meeting, i turn it off. It doesnt bother anyone at all. This really pisses me off. I usually let most stuff just roll off my back, but this is just one guy being an ******* and another being a little bitch.

college is fricken boring, I just sat through 45 minutes of economics and cannot remember anything. Im pretty sure I dozed off a couple of times.

Yea, if youre good at it, you get paid for it (dozing off). You just pretend to do your job, which all most people do is push paper and catch naps.

Im continuously amazed at how many lazy, poor workers (poor as in do a bad job) get to keep their jobs

Nothing wrong with giving them all a tryout, but it has to be a fair tryout, several events for each candidate, kind of a "eating disorder olympics to pick stewaat's lady friend" Some girls just dont show strong in the beginning, but come through in the end (thats what she said)

Yea I think it is now a two-horse race. I'm gonna just stop communicating with one of them. It's alright though because we only went on one date.

BTW that's pretty ghey they made you turn off your speakers. It is ridiculous iPod headphones means anything associated with an iPod.

Don't do it man. Learn everything you can to get a nice job when you graduate. Intern during the summer and set up your future. You can have plenty of fun in college while doing well.

i dont even need economics for my major (elementary education) the school requires me to take it for "general education". Its crap, I could graduate in 2 or 3 years instead of 5 without this general education stuff.
