Has anyone said anything to you?
    Concrete evidence/videos please

I'm exactly the same. I hate it when people don't take responsibility for their messes or tasks. I refuse, absolutely refuse, to do the job for them. Call it stubborn, but I think it's pure laziness on the other person's part.

This used to happen to me with my siblings. They'd leave an empty glass in my room and I'd just stare at it. I wouldn't pick it up or take it to the kitchen. Wasn't my glass.

I do it at work. I refuse to pick up my coworker's mess. Whenever our table needs cleaning because of a meeting, I'll just pile all of his things into one mess and throw it on his stuff - even if it's garbage. I don't care. Clean your own mess.

Nobody has said anything to me directly but I have seen a couple people go to get water and yell out something like "this is ridiculous. I wish someone would just change this".

Perfect. Now you can send emails to someone and make them do it.

Hmmm... might have to consider that.
