Yeah, I'm talking about Ghost Adventures with Zak Bagans. Not eve sure I ever saw paranormal adventures.

It was the show with Penn State grads. I used to watch it religiously until I read the stories about it.


Either way, I'm watching a show on a channel I've never watched before (BIO) called Haunted Encounters, it seems legit thus far.

To be honest I just don't see how they find something in EVERY single episode and in almost EVERY single audio clip there's a small noise and they tell their gullible fans what it means and the fans believe it. If I played those fans that same noise out of my phone they would just say, "Oh it's just your phone clicking or making a noise". I stand by my statement that that show is a joke and is funny... And even funnier that people believe it.

So I'm basically stupid for believing what they are doing is real?

Once again, I am not saying every piece of evidence that they present is 100% paranormal. I do believe they are legit trying to capture evidence of the paranormal though. Like I said, sometimes they may get a little overzealous, but what they are trying to do is legit.

So I kinda take offense to the comment of me believing things about the show is funny to you.

Definitely a different show. These guys are from Vegas. They have presented some very good evidence of the paranormal. They have been verified by a Priest that what they ate doing is legit, a long with many other video and sound experts.

I like Ghost Adventures, but I take it with a grain of salt.

A lot of times you'll hear "garblegarblegarblegarble" and then Zak will exclaim "You can clearly here a woman's voice say 'baby' does this mean this ghost was pregnant?!?"

And then they seem shocked every time they hear something even though they hear something every episode. I mean, by now, shouldn't they be like "yup, that's a ghost. Been there, done that."

The other one I've started watching is Dead Files, which I've read is fake. But the overdramatization cracks me up.

How could you take offense to that? I'm simply saying that it's funny to me that people think that show is scary. Either you're misinterpreting me or you're just overreacting... I didn't mean anything bad or against you in my previous post.

It's hard for me to believe in something I've never witnessed myself. That said, I don't discount anything. I have an open mind. I do believe there are other things out there, just not sure what. The universe is far too big for there to be nothing else out there.

As far as specific things like ghosts, again, until I see one I'm not going to fully believe in it. But no one can prove whether they exist or not, pretty much like everything else.

I don't believe in ghosts, demons, or any other haunted things like that. I have never had any experience with that kind of stuff, and it all seems way too out there and unrealistic for me to believe. I mean my house makes some weird noises sometimes, but it's an old farm house that creaks and groans, I've never once thought "oh no my floor creaked, must mean there is a ghost."

As far as aliens, I believe there are other life forms someplace other than Earth. I just can't believe that there is so much space out there and the only life forms are here on Earth. There has gotta be more out there.

Bigfoot is something I want to believe in, but I can't. I mean if there were big 8 foot tall ape looking creatures roaming around in the woods, a hunter would have shot one by now. I just don't see a way that something that big could be wandering around for this long without stumbling upon a hunter with a gun and getting shot.

I can't believe it's been six years since we last posted in this thread. Doesn't seem that long ago.

Massive bump, but Zak Bagans' Demon House is on Travel Channel tomorrow night to conclude their Ghost Adventures marathon. I'm interested to see that after reading the newspaper article about the house several years ago.

My thoughts exactly. I am 100% sure life exists somewhere in the ridiculous vastness of the universe. But not sure they have been here. Although I am open to the possibility.

As far as ghosts and stuff like that. I don't know. I've never had any personal experiences with it, but I'm not gonna slam anyone who claims they have.

My mom has been talking to me about us going to see a medium to see if they can connect with my father.

I will flip my **** if they are able to say something that I never left off my chest in my lifetime, and I would forever believe in the other side if so.
