I was down in NYC for the weekend as usual so I didn't do the Saturday workout. I picked things up yesterday with Cardio Plyo and struggled more yesterday than I did on my very first day. A weekend of lounging and eating pizza & wings doesn't blend well with Insanity!
I said it above but I love the challenge that this program brings. It's going to be a while before I can complete all of the workouts from start to finish.
