Alright Alright. I weight 280. Trying to get down to 225. Going to be a long grueling process. I downloaded a calorie/workout app for my iphone. I am allowed 1890 calories a day. Did my first workout tonight...nearly killed myself on the elliptcal. No pain no gain though. Going to keep at it.
This thread rocks! For anyone interested the app is myfitnesspal and its free.
Interesting: I have 360 calories not used today but -
13g over my daily fat goal
4g over my saturated fat goal
1650mg over my sodium goal
13g over sugar
I guess Mcdonalds for lunch was a poor choice...lol


This morning i got up at 5.30am and did a great weights session with my dumbbells + various types of pushups and crunches. Really looking forward to getting home to my wife and daughter tomorrow!
