    Yeah he may be corny but the guy is obviously a beast in the gym.

    I've never heard of that Euro training but i might have to look into it a bit more.

    EDIT: I wrote that before watching the clip. LOL! I wonder what type of workout he actually does use in real life.

    For me the ideal look i'm going for is Hugh Jackman. Pretty big and lean but not bodybuilder type look.

        Just made:

        Pasta
        Steamed Veggies Brocolli, Califlower, Carrots, Squash)
        Diced chicken breasts
        Olive Oil
        Salt, Pepper, Garlic

        Mixed together. Came out nice
        Concrete evidence/videos please

            Not a great day but not a disaster like most Saturdays


            Had a bad breakfast: 2 sausage mcmuffins, ice water (almost 700 cals damnit) My girlfriend makes this **** so hard for me. She just had to have a breakfast burrito from there this morning. I need more self-control.

            skipped lunch

            Dinner: had a chicken fajita wrap (chicken, peppers, onions) on a multi-grain wrap (100 cal wrap tortilla) with a few Tostitos Baked Scoops n salsa and a small side salad, ice water

                Why eat healthy? I don't know maybe to live longer, keep your blood pressure low, don't have diabetes, not become morbidly obese and have heart issues at a young age, not have weight-related back or leg issues, be able to walk up a flight of stairs, be attractive to the opposite sex. Just a few reasons why you should eat healthy and not be 500 lbs.

                Not sure what you mean by average and what you mean by jacked. By jacked do you mean guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Terry Crews?

                  I applaud you for aiming for your vision of perfection Larry but i'd rather be average looking and healthy than 500lbs and have a short, illness clouded future ahead of me. Shoot for the stars Larry, shoot for the stars.

                  I'm so bummed right now. Broke my Toe last night. I'd love to say it was hurt doing something cool but in reality i was just walking around the corner of my lounge and somehow it caught the corner, my leg kept going and my little toe was bent back at an abnormal angle. Hurt like a BITCH!

                  Hurts to even walk slowly this morning, it's gonna slow down my cardio for a while that's for sure.

                    Yesterday was a bit of a cheat day for me... at least dinner onwards was. But it was my 5th anniversary with my girlfriend, so we went to a sushi restaurant and I got a big plate and a cocktail, then we came back and watched a movie and I had a couple of classes of wine. Good night for my relationship, perhaps not so much on my waist line. However, this morning, I'm the same weight I was yesterday, 249.2.

                        As for me, Friday night I had about what I thought I would have beer wise and ended up about 2,400-2,500 calories. Yesterday I had a frozen pizza from Schwanns (the big kind) and just kind of ate on it all day, so I got about 2,100 calories from that and then the rest of the stuff I ate was just sugar free popsicles, some grapes, pumpkin seeds, a lemon and a pear. So once again I finished about 2,200 calories. For exercise yesterday the only thing I did was walk the dog around the block for 10 minutes.

                        Today I'm about where I was Friday so I don't appear to have gained much if anything (I believe I weighed in at 258 this morning, up from 257.5 on Friday but about the same really). I am fasting today, or trying to anyways. I may go ahead and allow myself some fruit or vegetables only if it gets too difficult. Maybe I'll eat that other pear that is in there.

                          Larry, an all or nothing attitude simply gets you nothing 99% of the time. As others have said, there are many other benefits to being healthy other than having folks look at you on the street and be impressed by how mad built you are.

                            I had an horrible weekend food wise, one of the worst I've had in months. Friday I went out to Chili's with a bunch of friends and had a few beers, a buffalo/ranch chicken sandwhich and fries. Saturday I had 2 slices of pizza for lunch, dinner I had a Double Down from KFC, individual macaroni & cheese, and a Mt.Dew. And earlier today I was out running errands and was starving so I had 2 jr. Roast Beef's from Arby's.

                            Definitely not happy with myself. I've been good lately but this weekend I just let go. And next weekend I'm going to visit my wife so we will be going out to eat for sure and it's going to be hard to eat healthy.

                                That is exactly what I thought. Like today I said to myself that I already ate bad the past 2 days so what is 1 more day going to do. I need to stop doing that. Sometimes it's so hard to eat healthy though, especially in my current living conditions. I don't have access to a stove or oven or anything until I leave here in July.
