    Buy them when they are green and just sit on them for a few days.

    I usually try to buy them on sale for under a dollar.

      Yeah i've learnt that lesson after being burnt buying duds a few times. The only way to get perfect quality ones is to buy them when they are rock hard and green then let them ripen up yourself. My parents have a little hydroponic avocado bush that is a good idea but doesn't give enough fruit (is it a fruit or vegetable?) to make it worthwhile for me.

      I'm really missing my cardio with this broken toe, getting craving to go for a run which i never thought i'd experience. Hopefully only a few more days and i'll be able to strap it up and go for decent walk with the dog.

          Damnit. Had a terrible, TERRIBLE night of dining. 5 Blue Moons and half a pizza at a local pub. Pizza was great. I'm not too upset as I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, had zero calories entering dinner.

          Haven't done cardio in 2 weeks damnit.

                Well I have lost about 20 Lbs with a Radical New Diet Plan, It is a new Age thing But it works for me. Its called " Burn more calories than you Eat", This is how it works: Exercise more, Eat better and less.

                      I have this all wrong then. I was under the impression that you could just take 1 pill a day and lose weight with no diet and whatever the E word you used.

                      Might have to get this new phenomenon called diet and exercise a try.

                          I see man, your g/f should be supporting you though that your trying to improve yourself. But that's another issue..

                          Anyways hopefully you stick to your plan tomorrow.

                          I didn't work out today and I feel guilty as hell. I was tired and not feeling so well today and knew I was going to half-*** it at the gym so I just didn't go. Am for sure going tomorrow though.

                              I'm joining a gym Thursday (payday). The motivation will be there because I know if I don't go, I'll feel like crap knowing my money is spent on something I'm not using.

                              I pass by the gym on my way home from work - so this will work out great.
