    Well yesterday for lunch I had two small slices of donatos pizza and some salad, then got very sick last night so I had nothing for dinner.

    Today I had a cheeseburger for breakfast (leftover from our cookout) with ketchup and mustard on wheat and a slice of lowfat swiss...then for lunch today I had a livesmart beef tips w/vegetables dinner and a side of macaroni salad. So I'm at about 750 calories for the day.

    I'm taking my girlfriend out to eat tonight at BD Mongolians so I'll probably have a high calorie dinner but it won't be bad fat wise since the place has chicken, shrimp w/vegetables, that sort of thing.

        Went back up to around 244, even though I played an hour of volleyball last night and didn't eat a ton. I'm going to hit the gym even though I'm super sore from the game, and that'll help me. Tonight's a free night for me as well, so I don't have any obligations to go to afterwards.

              Man my ankle still hurts...need to rest it a few more days. I was at 214 today, can't complain.

                Well, a brutal day in the gym, 15 minutes on teh 'mill and burnt 125 calories. That wasn't so bad but then I did a race against a "ghost" of mine from 3/15 and instead of smoking the ghost I nearly got beat...it was neck and neck through 8 miles and then with the last 1/2 mile to go my ghost passed me and something inside me clicked in anger and I turned it on. I ended up beating my ghost by 13 seconds. I usually beat ghosts from 6 to 8 weeks ago by a minute or more though.

                I feel very weak. I felt very weak when I got on the bike. I'm just happy I was able to pull it out. Losing to a ghost from 6 weeks ago would have been a blow to my confidence, even though I was sick last night.

                    Lol well my plans to workout at 5.30am this morning fizzled. I was very tired and slept til 6.30 instead, will have to do the workout tonight after getting my daughter off to bed.

                    Diet today is Cereal + skim milk for b'fast

                    morning: low fat, low sugar yogurt

                    Lunch: Chicken, lettuce, dijonnaise, low fat cheese on wholegrain bread sandwhich.

                    Snack: handfull of nuts

                    Dinner: ? Not sure yet, something healthy.

                    I've cut out the chocolate biscuits i was having at night now as well.

                      I just got done running 3 miles. Today was weird. I didn't over eat, and what I ate was good. However, I feel so heavy and losing this spare tire is HARD. My gut isn't huge but it's there and I hate it.

                        Well I'm down to somewhere in 347.something range today. I want to see 344 by next Tuesday.

                        Extra fiber oatmeal this morning. Yesterday I didn't eat all that well (too many carb snacks) but I still stayed well within my points limit.

                          I made some extra lean ground beef burgers. It's damn good, I'd suggest some try it out:

                          1 lb extra lean ground beef
                          1 egg
                          2 tbs ketchup
                          1 tbs mustard
                          couple splashes of Worcester sauce
                          1/4 cup of bread crumbs
                          Salt pepper to taste

                          You can also replace the ground beef with ground turkey breast to make it healthier. Still come out good but it's hard to work into patties.

                          Then I make home maid french fries where I just cut up a potato into slices and add
                          basil
                          thyme
                          tiny bit extra virgin olive oil
                          sea salt
                          pepper to taste

                          Bake them at 425 or so

                                Hova57 - great job man! I've been working my @ss off exercise to lose about the same.

                                As for me this week i'm down zero, same weight...i've worked out and all but i've not had good workouts.

                                Today for breakfast all I had was a granola bar (180 calories) pack. I'm getting pretty fed up with not losing again (I know i'm impatient, LOL).
