Re: OS Running Thread
Decent 20 mile run. Ended up finishing around 3:15 and played it safe because 1) it was a training run and 2) the humidity was 95% the entire time.
I think sub 4 is feasible unless it is extremely hot out.Comment

Re: OS Running Thread
I ran in the Crim 10 mile race in Michigan last weekend and finished in 1:07.44. The guy that won finished in 45:46. Those Kenyan runners make it look too easy. This weekend coming up might run in a 10k.Fav teams:

Re: OS Running Thread
Taper is done aside from a couple of small runs this week. Looking like a high of 58 for Sunday. Hopefully it stays that way, ideal for a marathon.Comment

Re: OS Running Thread
October races are the best, at least in my experience. Not too cold, not too hot. I just signed up for the Luton marathon north of London. 7 weeks till go time.
Best of luck next weekend Kev!Comment

Re: OS Running Thread
Have changed my program (more mileage!) and did my first mid week long run. Was meant to be 11 miles but ran to work and back and ended up doing 15. Should hit 55 for this week.Comment
