                    I'm about 12 pages behind but I'll cattch up later. Anyway, just got back from my sons baseball game. 2 for 4 with 2 assists and 2 runs scored.

                    Great game.

                    And the Ranger/A's game the other night was awesome. Pics of it in my arena in a few days.

                                                Coke Zero and Sugar Free Red Bull are my caffeine sources of choice. And I usually fix a pot of coffee in the morning on weekends.

                                                In other news, I've decided to end my 12-year addiction to nicotine. No more chewing tobacco for me. It's a waste of money and I've dodged cancer so far, so I figure it's time. Quite twice before. Once for 3 months, and once for a month. I think my insurance at work offers a cessation program, so I'll be checking that out tomorrow. Later tonight will be my last dip hopefully.

                                                Day 2 was the hardest both times I quit. It will be toughest when I'm driving, playing video games, and sitting on the can, lol. Hopefully I can beat this
