Re: Japanese Catastrophies
I found out yesterday that one of my friends who used to live here in Winnipeg but now lives in Japan with his girlfriend (who is Japanese) ended up being alright. That was a big relief.
Apparently he was stuck for an entire day in the school that he teaches at while she was stuck in the building she works at for the same amount of time with no electricity, food or anything.
****ing crazy.
I just hope he realizes he needs to move back home. Obviously the earth going bat**** crazy could happen anywhere, but still.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Re: Japanese Catastrophies
I recommend the Special package for $500, it contains a weeks worth of Iodine tablets, a pigeon in a cage, bird food, and the book " How to survive a Nuclear holocaust: for Dummies". When your bird dies, take your iodine, rob your local grocery store for food and water, and get the hell out of dodge.Last edited by Cusefan; 03-15-2011, 06:58 PM.My dog's butt smells like cookiesComment

Re: Japanese Catastrophies
From what I have read from a few different people who are experts on this sort of thing, It is basically impossibly for a really bad accident here. There is no chance for a Chernobyl type explosion, even with the worst case scenario. I have even read that the Nuke plants that are built today are basically meltdown proof, these plants are just built on older technology. My dog's butt smells like cookiesComment

And yes, everything credible I have read concurs with the fact that it is virtually impossible to be like Chernobyl.Comment

Re: Japanese Catastrophies
I just want to thank all of you in here for all the info on nuclear plants. This Girl was doing a presentation on Nuclear power and I decided it was in the interest of the people to drop some actual knowledge of the Japanese situation on them.
Hopefully they can get the situation even more under control so the dramatic headlines with stop.Last edited by TracerBullet; 03-15-2011, 07:49 PM.Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment
