They were just vibrating extremely powerfully. So I get rushed to the emergency room. The doctors then tell me my kidneys were on brink of shutting down and my blood pressure tanked or rose real high, I can't remember which one, but that is why when I stood up I passed out. They then tell me I had hyponatremia, I pushed out most the sodium from my system and my nervous system was in freak out mode.

I was drinking water all day, eating extremely healthy, and working out hard. My problem is I was not replacing the electrolytes properly and it really caught up to me and made me pay for it.

Hyponatremia is a hell of a thing. After they fill you back up with sodium it felt like I was hit by a truck. They compared it to a diabetic experiencing a low blood sugar. Bad stuff man, just don't get it like I did and you will be all good.

Thanks man, I've been eating bananas and having some gatorade from time to time. Anything else you recommend?

Extremely good workouts to lose weight/tone/build strength/become healthier in general, to be completely honest. Check out some of the success stories - a couple of them are pretty crazy.

Doing it, I've never felt better in my life to be honest. If you buy the pack it comes with a guide book that breaks it down, and also has a food planner type breakdown. I don't follow that and still east quite unhealthy, but I'm not worried about that.
What kind of schedule are you doing with it? So far I've only done Energy!/Fat Burner the last two nights. Back to Insanity tonight.

I switch between doing diamond cutter and strength builder (not on any rotation schedule, just whatever one I feel like doing) normally every other day. I add in red hot core after every workout.

            Rules,

My goal is to workout in the morning so I won't have my evenings squeezed together. I'm getting up at 6AM so once next rolls around and our hours are cut back down to normal I can keep that sleep schedule and get some energy in the morning.
I would love to work out in the morning however my schedule is all put of wack since I work the night shift. Usually its lately been Mon, Wed, Fri (9:30pm - 6:00am) with Tues, Thurs, Sun (10;00pm - 4;00am).

I have however been playing a lot of tennis and pick up basketball with friends. Like tomorrow morning at 10am we are suppose to go out and pkay a 2v2 game of ball.

BTW I hope I make you all proud. Today I had a Rotisserie Chicken Salad sandwich on wheat with 4 slices of Watermelon this morning when I came home from work around 6:30, a bowl of Oats Revolution Oatmeal at around 2 and just had a Bowl of Special K Berry cereal with Silk milk.

Also as a little edit I walked 14681 steps just at work last night. Thats without counting in lifting and such. Isnt it usually 1 calorie for every 20 steps?

I think its climbing 20 stair steps will burn 1 calorie.

Candy, my weird schedule is one of the reasons I started DDP Yoga. I recommend it to you, big time. Its just 20-30 minutes whenever you have time at home.

This is one of the main reasons I cant wait to get a place on my own. Less people in the house so I could do workouts and such without interfering with anyone's schedule. Im the type of person who wants to try things like insanity and such but hates being watched while doing them. Getting on a treadmill at the gym or lifting weights in front of people is fine but doing DVD workouts and such I just cant so with others watching me.

Yeah, there's a lot of us living in one house. I share a room which suck but should be getting a new place pretty soon. Whether it be by myself or with a friend. At least I have my own room.

We got the grill out at work and have been out playing some football.

We played for about an hour and a half 3 on 3 (lot of running, strafing, etc.) and I'm not even tired afterwards. I feel really good and everyone else is huffing and puffing and guzzling water.. lol.

It's clear that my cardio work in the gym has made a difference.

Also doing an ALS 5k walk/run at the end of the month. We're going to play a game of football against the team across town. It aint even going to be fun for them. We seriously have a legit lineup of people to field an entire offense and defense.

Last year they showed up and we smoked 'em. We'll show up with a playbook full of ****. We're all ready working on a three TE set playbook.

Nothing like a little friendly *** whuppin and bragging rights for a year.

Lol btw I'm finding it difficult to eat close to 2000 calories a day like you guys are suggesting. With me working nights and such and sleeping through the day I don't get much time to actually eat. I mean today for example I had a 6 inch tuna sub from sheetz, a couple of Almonds, a very small piece of banana cream pie (guilty pleasure, lol) and 2 turkey sanwiches on wheat flat breads and a quarter of a watermelon.(love the stuff).

Everything after the sub was at work during lunch and break.

It all totaled to prob about 1000 calories however I ate a good bit.

Maybe try supplementing your diet with some Protein Shakes, It would be hard for me to meet my caloric requirements without them and they are easy to make.

Try making some Peanut butter sandwiches as additional snacks, or adding Peanut Butter to a Protein Shake.. it's dense in calories.

Month one of Insanity is almost in the books for me and I couldn't be happier. I'm 20lbs lighter than I was last month and feel so much damn better. Still eating healthy except for last Sunday and this Sunday I'm going to be cooking on my smoker. Still no sodas, sweats, etc.

I also started missing in DDP Yoga every couple of days this week and also jogged 4.5 miles Wednesday evening. Something I couldn't have done last month.

Restarted this morning with the Fit Test. Numbers haven't dropped the past two weeks, but I can definitely "feel" it more so to speak.

Grilled a couple pounds of chicken breasts, made some guacamole, corn salsa, and tuna salad. Grilling just makes things a lot easier. I packed a chicken on salsa and guacamole wrap, carrots, half an eng. muffin w/ tuna salad, banana, and apple for today.
