I've moved to my own routine:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday (Insanity) for cardio days.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Body Beast) for weight lifting days.

Don't see the need to take any days off since I need to get ripped by Summer!

I just joined a gym. I'm 5' 9'' around 150-155. I really don't have visible fat. I'm about 8-10% body fat and you can see my abs, they aren't visible just cause I'm skinny either there's actually muscle. I'm just trying to get bigger and jump higher

Take a look at either P90x or Body Beast.

Almonds, walnuts or a healthy trail mix are usually the route I go.

Seconded, though I stick to almonds. Not a big fan of most other nut type foods. I do sunflower seeds (the ones already de-shelled) as well for a quick snack.

Ok guys I got a question. I there such a thing as not getting enough calories? I typically eat a salad with just lettuce (5-10 cals) and walden farms dressing. (0 cals). Then usually a sandwich with Arnold sandwich thins bread (100 cals) and either 98% fat free bologna (25 cals) or 2 slices of hillshire farms low fat turkey or ham (about 30-40 cals) with walden farms ranch mayo (0 cals). Sometimes snack on a half or full bag of baby carrots (50-125 cals) with walden farms ranch dressing (0 cals).

So usually I ingest about maybe 200 calories a day. 400 if I'm lucky or start the day with a 100 cal special K breakfast shake.

I been doing that the past 2 and half weeks with the exception of: 1 Wendy's flatbread sandwich with fries, and a under 450 calories shrimp and parmesan steak that I replaced the potatoes with veggies.

Also I'm not sure if it's a medical condition or not but I thought I ask. I'm always hungry even before I started my diet. Two examples:
              1. At outback I had a appetizer, salad, 22 ounce steak and fries then after I had a small bad of popcorn at theaters and still was hungry.

              2. Went to McDonald's and had 2 20 piece nuggets with 2 mcdoubles and a thing of fries and still was hungry.

Those are just 2 examples of many and I can't remember the last time I was actually full if ever. This diet the last 2 weeks has been killing me but not to the point of where I can't take it. I just now instead of eating do something else whether it's take a walk, play a game, browse the Internet, sleep, etc. I was just looking for help on this.

I really hope you're taking in more than 200-400 calories a day.

as hkpound said, almonds (or some other type of nut, for me personally I prefer almonds though) are always a good choice.

Beef jerky is also an excellent option provided you don't have an issue with sodium intake to begin with, as that is really the only downside to jerky.

                      Ice
                      Almond Milk
                      Egg Protein
                      Banana
                      Blueberries
                      Starwberries

I use the ice to make it thicker and the almond milk to give me some calcium since I don't eat dairy. I also blend some vitamins in there.
How long you have had yours KG? How would the motor get moisture to rust out?

My fiancee uses Almond milk, I'm not a fan of dairy and quite honestly you get plenty of calcium from veggies. Its a debatable topic but some strong evidence supports the need for no dairy after birth & infancy.

Well... I am doing pretty good.

I have a new post at work and it is WAY less active... I am going to have to try and find a way to stay busy.

Since getting on Advocare products in February I have dropped 30 pounds. I am around 225 now and started at 256. It was a great choice for me.

I need to just be careful... Since losing my dad I am finding that my motivation is down and can go six hours without eating and not realizing it... Not good. My nutrition overall has been great, I just need to stay strong through this storm I am in.

Goal is 210. That is light at 6'5" but I don't want to stay that light, but it might end up being a good weight for me.
