Yea, it would help to be on the same workout. I don't want to miss this time around. I am clearing every morning prior to work to make it happen. My goal is to make 60 days = 60 days! I want to be have it complete before June 1st. The whole starting / stopping is messing me up. I need to focus better and stay on task this time with zero excuses.Comment

I don't know what I have done, but I have really boosted my metabolism over the past two weeks. I'm losing .5 to 1 whole lb every day or two.
I weigh in the mornings and at night and I went from 214 down to 211 in a matter of just a few days. I've been eating more meals, but less at a time.
I went to see my recruiter yesterday and I cleared BMI easily coming in at 21 and he told me they cleared my waiver for the blood pressure last week so I'm going back to Montgomery/MEPS Tuesday.
I hate to keep ranting about it, but I feel like I have really accomplished something. Feb 28 I weighed 227 and today I'm at 211.
I'm excited to finally be able to do some light lifting again after Tuesday. I'll be able to maintain the weight and tone in my arms again because I won't be rushing to get to a specific weight. I haven't lifted a single weight in over a month.
Thanks for letting me bounce all of this off of you guys and I love reading when you guys accomplish a personal goal.Comment

I'm starting Insanity over tomorrow. Had too many days off and on to really feel that I did something.
Anyone interested in starting it up? If not, no biggie I will hop up on Beachbody and find a few. I want to stay accountable and not miss a day unless it is a planned day off. No excuses, I need to get this done!Comment

My Juicer came in a few days ago. I just got back from loading up on a "**** ton" of fruits and veggies at Whole Foods. I start Day 1 of my 5 day juice fast on Monday. I'm just hoping that have enough energy to continue playing b-ball this week.

Just finished up my last day of Week 2 of Insanity. Today was Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs...was tough but not as tough as I thought. Also kinda had my first cheat day today when the family wanted some hibachi for dinner. I did pretty good, ate a smaller portion and boxed up the rest.Comment
