Chronic alcoholics will build up a tolerance which will allow there BAC to reach those levels without killing them. They could also be entirely functional with a BAC that would make a light or non-drinker blackout drunk.

This has been happening for years now. YouTube, Twitch, Instgram, etc are earning regular joes 6 or 7 figures a year these days if they know how to draw a following.

Huh? not saying it isnt hard, but that they aren't "famous" in the traditional sense. Social Media made them famous.
