    I need a Sous Vide thing eventually....just having trouble pulling the trigger for 80ish...

          Made a Maple Bacon Cheesecake, Maple Glaze on top and of course Bacon...also put some bacon in the batter. Came out really good

            Naturally after making a 20 lb ham you get to ham all the things.

              Sous vide ribeye. Cooked at 135 then seared in ghee. Was so thick I was able to sear it for about 3 minutes and not affect the internal temp too much. Cut from a big prime rib when Kroger had them for $4.77. Had good marbling for choice and the price. Wish I had loaded up my freezer with them.

                          Yes. I have the large one. A 15 lb brisket barely fits in it. Doing it all over I would have gotten the XL. I would smoke ribs and smaller stuff on it first to get the hang of how to get and maintain the correct temp. It's a great grill though.

                                I will take this as a challenge, even though we are about to get slammed with snow in the Northeast this weekend. Let me go uncover my Weber smoker and my Weber charcoal grill and get some meat cooking after work tomorrow.
