Grilled up some hotdogs for the kids, 2 NY Strips, the rest of my eggplant, some onions, peppers & shrimp and I used my grill topper for the first time!

Ahhh, that makes sense on the hooks...I'll have to see what they have at the store and see if I have to drill or can just hang them. I'll figure it out when I'm back from vacation (we leave Sunday for 3 weeks in Europe!)

BBQ burger quesadillas, BBQ squash, Knorr baby back rib rice

Burgers were awesome, grilled burger slathered in BBQ sauce, onions grilled and sauced, tortilla done in a skillet with cheese, awesome.

Squash is just squash slathered in BBQ sauce and grilled, it's really good IMO.

The rice was really mediocre, I really like some of the others (steak fajita is nice, buffalo chicken isn't too shabby either), but the baby back rib was mediocre, too sweet, not enough spice.

I had a rotisserie from before but didn't have the mounting brackets so Ibought a 3rd party one (Char Broil brand I believe) and combined the two. I did have to cut the spit rod with an angle grinder to get it to fit. It seemed plenty sturdy to me.

Terriyaki chicken thighs, terriyaki squash (always eat a lot of squash during summer, plants grow and throw out squashes like a weed), white rice

Believe it or not, I am cooking ribs on the George Foreman grill.

Why you ask? To see if it can be done. I believe it can be and Im out to prove it!

I would like to take some of the picture you guys have shared here and share them on my BBQ FB page.

I only want to share your pictures, not your names.
I am going to start an album called "BBQ Friends" and display your photos there.

If you have any objections to this, please let me know ASAP and I will be sure not to include your photos.

Otherwise I will be creating the album probably next week.

Got some pictures I'll share as soon as I remember to get on my PC again at home. Grilled some nice steaks, potatoes, and cheddarwurst last night.

Red pepper, a little bit of home made marinade, and a little beer and they came out great.

Also have a few other things to share.. nothing spectacular.

I never heard of a loco moco but that looks damn good.

grilled for the family last night.. nothing better than seeing your one year old excited to eat the food you cooked

                                Finally cleaned the grill too!

Dinner was Grilled whole chicken legs seasoned with cumin, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, rosemary, oregano, and I think some garlic powder. Mixed in with some olive oil.

I also grilled red peppers for the first time and it came out great. The wife loved it. My daughter threw it across the table :P

And finally, some Juicy Lucy's... I like burgers rare... lol
