More BBQ chicken. This time chicken breasts. I use Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce. Montgomery Inn is an amazing ribs restaurant in Cincinnati.
Served with green beans and white cheddar shells and cheese.

I did the exact same meal I made last Sunday, but with pictures!
Chicken is seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper, ground cumin and salt. The last couple minutes I brushed on a peach-chipotle glaze.
The potatoes I did in the pouch with the usual fixins: cheese, butter, bacon bits, and added green onions at the end.
This was the first time I've grilled peaches and oh my goodness how delicious.

Looks good FT!
Did some burgers and spicy suasages last night. No pics as I was rushing to get done before a storm hit. For the burgers I tried out a mix of A1 and old bay. Was pretty dang good, the flavor was there but just a hint of it.Battle.net: xXKING08Xx

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
Just got back from Gatlinburg TN.
Did a little grilling there, tried some local BBQ and fired up some ribs when I got home...
SpoilerBourbon Marinated Filet & Strip, Corn on the Cob and I did a grilled Veggie Medley.
And had dinner on the back porch of our cabin overlooking the Smoky Mountains.
Hungry Bear BBQ. Beef Brisket, Ribs, Beans & Slaw.
Every bit of it was finger lickin good!
Cant wait to go back!
Picnic along the River.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a pic of the food, But I grilled up some Shrimp and stuffed clams.
Here I am in action on the grill and my wife taking pics of the view!
Then I fired up some ribs last night with a simple Rub and some BBQ sauce we bought from an Amish store in Central IL.

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
I have no pictures, but just imagine the greatest meat you've ever eaten and that is the feeling I left with Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday the lady and I went to her house for dinner. Her mom had spent all day smoking chicken and ribs. Also had green beans, mac n cheese, and corn on the cob. Ribs were amazing. Tender and juicy. Chicken was the same. Goodness. I'm pretty neutral on ribs, but these have had me thinking about them two days after.
Sunday I went to my uncle's house and they bbq'd a bunch of chicken halves. They also do great stuff down there. Also had deer meat. I'm not sure how it was done, but whatever sauce they had on it made it pretty damn epic. Also had broccoli casserole, hashbrown casserole, mac n cheese, coleslaw, and banana cream pie.
All in all a great weekend especially since I had to do no cooking.

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
It was in Gatlinburg.
Im not quite sure of the name but it ran along Little River Road or "Old State Hwy 73 Scenic" on the way to Cades Cove. We did see some fishers in their waders at certain points.Comment

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
Had some friends visit this weekend.
Grilled 2 rib-eyes and a skirt steak. Half we used their homemade all-purpose rub (delicious) and the other half salt and pepper. Also grilled carrots (very underrated) with butter, balsamic vinegar, and parsley. Paired it with a salad (lettuce, feta, cherries, almonds, pine nuts) and black bean and avacado side dish.
Delicious!Attached Files"You can not ensure success, but you can deserve it." - John Quincy Adams
