    Nothing myself.

Going to the farmers market that we have every Thursday and gorging myself on grilled streak sandwiches, brats, sweet corn and anything else I can get my grubby hands on before we go watch the fireworks somewhere.

It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.

I have almost the exact same one. Different brand, but looks almost the exact same (save for the wooden handles and the smoke stack thing is on the right side.)

anybody have tips on buying a smoker box for a gas grill?

I know you need to check clearance from burners to make sure it fits. Mainly looking for recs on what brand and materials.....I'm thinking cast iron.

I've never used one, personally, but you can never go wrong with cast iron in cook wares.

Here was my 4th of July: rotisserie chicken from one side of the grill and smoked brisket, bacon and venison brats from the other side. It was quite tasty.

This was a few months ago. Me and my daughter smoked a 4 rib roast cowboy style on my Weber Charcoal grill. I used pecan from my tree in the back yard. It takes about 3.5 hour and is the best rib eye you will ever eat!!

Its easy and fun to do.

This one I did in my cast Iron skillet. High heat. Salt pepper. I use choice cuts of meat from sprouts/wholefoods/central Market/Albertsons

Been on vacation and it's been wonderful. Been grilling like crazy almost every day but don't have the pics to upload. Anyway.

What do you guys do to hold your brush, tongs, flipper, etc? I set them on the counter type thing my grill has, but wish it had spots to hang stuff...

Do I need to get hooks that can go around the metal tubes or something? I can't be the first person to wonder this type of thing....
Yes you could get large S hooks that can hang from them. For me I went to my local hardware store and bought some medium size S hooks. I drilled a few holes out of the bottom of the condiment tray and hung them there. Easy peasy 15 minute project and a hell of a lot more convenient.

What's y'all feeling of the different ways to grill corn on the cob.

In the husk, soaked in water so they steam/grill and the husk doesn't ignite. They get flavor from the husk and the grill but then it's got to get husked to eat.

Or husked and grilled directly like Curahee has done in the pic above. That'd seem easy to overcook and dry out but wouldn't have to mess with husking it after its been cooked.

I guess there also husked and wrapped in foil with a pat of butter and pinch of salt.
I take everything off them and soak them in salt water for a few hours. I cook em naked till done then spread butter and sprinkle paprika on them.

I have that grill. I have the rotisserie but haven't set it up yet. It looks like it works well no? I'm a bit skeptical. Doesn't seem sturdy enough to me.

Also Burns I believe I owe you a gift card! I completely forgot! So sorry, please PM me. I'm not sure where you're at with preordering the PS4 but maybe I can help you with a GC to wherever you order it. ?

                              Be back soon!
