The much easier way to do it is with a pan on the stove...

I am all for grilling as much as you can, but grilling a grilled cheese is doing too much.

I grilled some steaks yesterday. Nothing new. But these were by far the best looking and most delicious I've made. I just hit them with the ole standby of Montreal steak seasoning.

On that travel size grill. It's tough, but these NY Strips were nice and thick and I put the perfect amount of charcoal. Man... those bad boys were tasty. With some sweet corn on the cob & twice baked potatoes. So good.

I prefer grilled cheese from a pan MUCH more than doing it on the grill. Not that it's bad off the grill, it's just if you give me cheese and bread I'll go for a skillet every time.

I'd never thought about actually grilling a grilled cheese... I make them all the time and just throw them in a small pan. I'm definitely going to try out the recipe in the video. I actually made a grilled/panned cheese today and was thinking about how I could improve it.

I think the point was that a grilled cheese in a pan is not "Grilled" Cheese. Its more like a "Fried" cheese sandwich.
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on the grill are totally awesome.
              Best Ive ever had.

I don't see it as grilling for the sake of grilling. I've never tried it but it should produce a completely different bread. Crisp and smoky like toast rather than fried.

I love the Montreal Steak seasoning, I use the spicy version.

I'll have to check that out, I think I've seen it. Probably the same recipe just a little extra red pepper flakes or something.

Montreal is too good. I have to physically restrain my fiancé from putting it in/on everything.

Anybody have any good grilled chicken salad recipes?

And "grilled" cheese sandwiches, guys. Its in the damn name. Stop cheating.

That'd be like microwaving bologna and saying its fried.

Martins has ribs on sale this week. I might have to try something Sunday/Monday.

Smoked a whole chicken last week for about 7 hours. Used apple wood and I am not sure if it was the rub or the wood but when it was done, the entire inside of the smoker was orange... Anyone have that happen before?

No. I would personally smoke chicken at a higher temp, around 300 or 325.

Been bbq'ing all weekend. Made some raspberry chipotle BBQ sauce. Used dry run on the chicken first and then used some strawberry preserve on them. Sat them in the sauce for a few hrs and squirted the clementines over them after.

Idk something new. My wife loved them.
