Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
Cured and smoked pork belly for the first time to make bacon. 7 days in curing and kosher salt vacuum sealed. Flipped every day. Smoked 3 hours at 200 with Apple wood.
Sliced and fried up. Whoaaa BABY!!!! Also a nice little IPA homebrew while the smoke rolls.

New brownie cheesecake, made it the first time for someone who wanted to try it and it came out really good. This has been popular over the last few weeks, have sold 5 of them

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
Thinking about working on that eventually, will let it be known when I do though.
Snickerdoodle Cheesecake with a Butter Cream Frosting. First time making this but a friend wanted it for his family so I tried it.

Resurrecting this........ idk if it's been mentioned in here but a guy named Malcolm has a YouTube channel called, "HowtoBBQright". I'd suggest everyone check it out.... he hasn't steered me wrong yet. These were done on the pellet smoker today....

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
Been killing it with steaks lately, just need to do a little better about getting them to come out a little pinker. These were a better grade, $20/lb, some of the best steaks I've ever had.
These 3 photos are:
- just on the grill
- ~120-130 deg before reverse-sear
- done (but not a very good photo)Comment

Garlic parm wings from the pellet grill. Though, I think after these photos I put more shredded parmesan on them, lol.
