Yeah you sweat your balls off. It's really great for cardio and it's fun as hell once you get the hang of it.
The worst is playing old people who been playing for awhile, they don't need to run to spots like newbs do. They know exactly where to be when the ball is hit

Picked this up today. I am going to be commuting 2-3 days a week to work. My hybrid is too heavy to handle the hills I have to traverse to get to and from work. My building has a full locker room, so I can shower and change into work clothes (I'll bring what I'm wearing the day before and leave it in my office. Should be a lot of fun.Currently Playing:

Well crap. Was doing a cardio workout that involved a small weight and about 20 minutes in my mid/upper back just spasmed and tighten up. Sat down on the couch then moved to laying on the floor. Still feels iffy. Any tips?Last edited by SuperBowlNachos; 10-30-2014, 03:10 PM.Comment

Been working out since June. Always was a tall skinny guy. Started up with the Starting Strength program. So far i've gained 8kg's of weight. Improved my squat with ~50kg's, deadlift with 40kg's and bench press with 27.5 kg'sComment

I used to have lower back problems but they went away when I started stretching my hip flexor and doing back twist. Yoga did wonders, relieved years of back pain.
