You have to be a certain age to go to the Prom?

At my school, you could only go if you were a junior or a senior, unless you were younger and were asked by someone that could go.

On topic:

Girlfriend 1- I found out she liked me, so I asked her.
Girlfriend 2- I found out she liked me, so I asked her.
Girlfriend 3- We liked eachother, but at the time she was dating somebody, and I knew the guy. But I wanted her really bad, so I kept talking to her and in a way bugging her about it. Eventually they broke up, and we got together, two years later we were engaged.

And those are just the ones I gave a **** about. I was with all of them for right around 2 years. That's not counting the one I met when I went to college that I dated for a couple weeks, the one I met at work that I dated for about a month, or the one I met online that I dated for about a month.

Moral of the story is, just ask. If she says no, big deal.

Frankly, I don't understand why you waited for her to break up with her boyfriend. You gotta go for it, dude. You don't have time to wait for that. Don't be a coward. You should have asked her out while she was still dating him and when he confronted you, beat the **** out of him.

Best piece of advice I can give you, is to act like you don't give a **** about them. Don't do it in a disrespectful manner though.

Stay busy with many activities. Don't ever act like the world revolves around them. Most girls don't like that stuff. If you do, you'll set yourself up for disappointment.

ThreeKing is right. Don't put females on a pedestal ever. Your the man and start thinking like it. It's her loss if she doesn't want to be with you.

Being nice, friendly, unconfident activates the motherly nurture side of a female. That's why nice guys get friend zoned.

Not saying be a bad boy but be an alpha male. Look up stuff online and practice it in your daily life. It has done wonders for me socially but also financially as well.

Is this what social media and the internet has done to the younger kids these days?

Nobody knows how to approach women, ask girls to prom, yadda yadda?

Just ask her out. She either says yes or no.

Not trying to be a jerk but sometime you just gotta sack up in life.

My 15 almost 16 year old son is deaf and as a result, lacks the usual social skills of someone his age and he had no problem asking a girl to prom(regardless of the fact that he wasn't old enough to go.)

The game level has stepped up. More people = more competiton.
