Just watched Don Jon with Joseph Gordon Levitt for the first time.

Started off real good and then dropped off reallllll bad. Almost felt disappointed that I watched the last 30 mins because that messed up the whole movie right there.

One of the more disappointing movies I can remember watching. I was excited for it when I first seen the trailer. Then I sat through the actual movie and....yeah.

Too bad because it was a funny premise and JGL is usually a sure bet for a good movie.

I'm not a big fan of the south, outside of NOLA. And that part of the country best fits both my plans, and my girlfriend's.

I'm not a fan of the north.

I like my southern hospitality.

People who live/have lived in Baltimore: I graduate here in December and really want to look to move out East. I'm looking into Baltimore, Philly, DC, NYC, and Boston, and the surrounding cities. I'll have a degree in marketing and am open to just about anything, I just need to get out of KC for awhile. Baltimore is up towards the top because the cost of living doesn't seem too crazy, aside from housing from what I've seen, and is definitely cheaper than DC, NYC, or Boston.

Anyways, is Baltimore a fun place to live in your mid 20's? Is the job market semi-decent? Is there anything that I should know that would turn me off from it?

Having lived in Baltimore, like in in Baltimore, not a surrounding suburb. I wouldn't recommend it. Unless you like crime.

The south is incredible. Cheap cost of living, nice people, and fried everything. You can still pick up a bucket of trans fats in stores around here. The lack of dentists sucks and we don't got time for no tooth brushings.

I've never been to Baltimore personally, but I saw this place on TV once. It was an area in Baltimore called Hamsterdam... You should definitely check that out.

Baltimore isn't that bad, lol.

Don't let TV or people to paint it as if it's all bad, because if that's the case then I'd avoid any city from Baltimore to Boston.

Who here can suggest stuff to do in Houston. I'm looking for stuff to do between the baseball games and sitting in my hotel room.

I looked up stuff and I've talked myself into the National Museum of Funeral History and maybe the Johnson Space Center. Just wondering about any other unique things to do.
