Re: Things that took you way too long to realize....
I remember when going through my run of the old Halloween movies for the first time (having seen the original and Resurrection in the past, as well as parts of H20), when I ran across the beginning of that movie I was noticing this seemed absent of Michael so I stopped it.
The only thing I remember though is it kind of reminded me of The Terminator, which of course it came out before that movie so that's unfair to say. I'm sure it was just the color timing and the music or something, and I'm certain it wouldn't stay on that path if I kept watching.
Others have mentioned though that if you erase the name Halloween then it is a decent watch. I'm going to have to try that, but then again I'd also only have been "interested" in the first place because of its name.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

The Dale Earnhardt 3 has a wrench inside it.

Batman's Gotham is in New Jersey. I always thought it was a fictional NYC because NYC had the nickname Gotham way before Batman was created.T-BONE.

That those "100 Grand" candy bars are really good.
Don't ever remember eating them before.Comment

Re: Things that took you way too long to realize....
That’s my favorite candy bar. It was common enough you could find it/get it on Halloween but not so much that it’s overplayed like Snickers or Reese’sNHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Re: Things that took you way too long to realize....
The real question is why people inherently place vegetables so much higher on the tier list of healthy food compared to fruit/legumes. Both are basically water and fiber and some small amount of vitamins per serving. It's like, if you eat an apple or tomato it's whatever, but if you eat some raw broccoli you are somehow adding 10 years to your life and are inherently a better person lol.

It took me until I was in my 20's to realize broccoli is tolerable if you put enough cheese on it. But I haven't yet discovered anything perfect for making turnit greens palatable.T-BONE.

Re: Things that took you way too long to realize....
Unlike decades, centuries and millennia begin on the 1 year instead of the 0 year. For example, January 1st, 2000 was the start of a new decade, but it wasn't the start of the new century or millennium until January 1st, 2001.
I also didn't know there wasn't a year 0 A.D. We went straight from 1 B.C. to 1 A.D.
