Yesterday I got a movie 3 days before it releases from Best Buy in the mail. Why can't they send me a game early.

Yesterday I got a movie 3 days before it releases from Best Buy in the mail. Why can't they send me a game early.

Uncharted 4 would have been the day before for me if I did not opt for in-store pick up. It would have been sent the same time the pre-order coin was sent, which arrived on that Monday.

They seemed to have been more loose with this, probably due to carrier timings, like Amazon has over the years. I think it all depends on the demand, and trying to meet the delivery schedules.

Had a horrible weekend. My sisters dog who was with my parents started having massive seizures out of nowhere. My wife and I went over there and and she had more. It was just a horrendous scene. We loaded her into my parents car because she could barely walk. They took her to the ER vet and they had to put her down. She just kept having seizures. She was 10. Beautiful black lab. Sweetest dog. Still can't believe it.

Then I wake up this morning to find that someone had got into our bank account and spent over $1000. The bank said they will take care of it and it shouldn't be an issue, but we won't have access to our money for an indefinite period of time.

The bank also said they will find who did it and prosecute them. I hope they go to jail. Pieces of ****.

Just a terrible weekend man.

Good thing that you bank is so cooperative, but that happened to me before and they instantly moved my money to a different account that I could use almost instantly. Sucks though, hope they get the thieves that took it.

Ugh, I still haven't gotten my money back from the bank. Lady from corporate said since they were pending transactions they should have dropped off today and not posted. But they are still listed as pending.

My wife had to fill out a fraud form from the branch since it was her debit card number that was used, and the lady there also said the charges should drop off. But if not it could take 7-10 days for a resolution. I think I will have to call corporate again tomorrow if this isn't resolved. I've heard from multiple people who this has happened to say they got their money back almost right away.

This is putting us in a very bad position.

The very same thing happened to me, especially the 7-10 day thing. The way they handled it with me, almost made me feel like the criminal.

As a result, I ended up switching banks after, and went with one with fraud protection up front where they never lock you out of your funds, and have them released to you during investigation forcing it out of 'pend'. Pending means nobody was paid yet, especially during abnormal longs ones (7-10 days), but the bank can use your funds and make boatloads on interest through that period.

It will be resolved for you, it is just unfortunate the banks play with your funds behind the doors, in turn doing more harm to their customers.

Man, I remember when banks paid YOU to be a customer, now you pay banks.
