Re: Off Topic 2017: December to Remember
But it's Michigan on Michigan violence, which I believe most scholars/experts can agree has been grandfathered into the T.O.S.
For all the puns he makes, he needs to get checked every once in a while though. Gratuitous punnage should be a more ban-able offense.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Re: Off Topic 2017: December to Remember
I've watched The Nightmare Before Christmas around this time for about 10 + years now. Aside from the ones mentioned earlier, The first "The Santa Clause" is pretty good. The first Lethal Weapon could be considered a good Christmas movie.

I like going through multiple versions of A Christmas Carol with the Muppets probably being my favorite.
No mention of Jingle All the Way yet?

Man, I haven't thought about Garfield Christmas in years. I remember watching that every year growing up.
That and some Flintstones thing where Fred had to play the mall Santa, then winds up filling in for the real Santa when he gets sick or something.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2017: December to Remember
Because it's a bad movie?
*ducks*
I'm usually listening to more music than watching movies and television anyway. Brian Setzer Orchestra seems to get the most spins from me. James Brown and Stevie Wonder for Christmas are underrated. Sharon Jones is always a staple ever since she released "Ain't No Chimneys in the Projects." Mariah obviously. Ella, Count Basie, Nat, and Bing are so damn smooth. Vince Guaraldi Trio, too. She & Him and Chet Atkins for soft listening and Trans-Siberian Orchestra when you want to truly jingle bell rock. Jackson 5 gets a couple spins before becoming annoying.
