After careful consideration (the kind only psychos like us would give this kind of thing), I think the best way to take utilize my size, speed, and power advantage would be a simple shoulder ram. Let's say the kids are all together in a group of 25. I'd get as low as I could, then plow right into them with the shoulder, perhaps knocking a few unconscious and knocking others to the ground. I'd stomp on the ones on the ground, all the while keeping my legs moving to escape the clutches of the ones trying to grab me. If they split up into smaller groups, I'd deal with those in similar fashion, busting them up like bowling pins. Once I'd mowed over enough of them, I could take the few remaining pretty easily.

With my height (6'4") I don't think I'd be able to get low enough for a shoulder ram. My best tactic would be to use my weight (220lbs) to my advantage and remain stationary. If I started running around there's a chance I might trip and I think we all agree that once you go down it's all over. Being stationary, I don't think they could make me budge. I'd then use my height advantage to perform my special "bonk" attack, where I slam my fist down in a hammer swinging motion on the top of their heads, knocking them unconscious.

I'm tall too, about 6'2, but I'm having trouble imagining how tall a 5 year old is. I'm not around kids very much!

For me, I think stationary would equal death. My strategy would be to use my long legs and speed to stay in constant motion so they couldn't crowd around me or get behind me.

Stamina is important too eventually you would get tired running through a crowd stationary approach would be best.

can you use verbal warfare? if so, I was thinking the "Cooties Offensive" might work out well...yell "I've got Cooties" at the beginning of the fight, and then they won't want to touch you, running around trying to get away
