I added the top of the Championship League's table to my sidebar. That league is super competitive into mid April, with all the promotion spots seemingly up for grabs!

Check it game by game. Don't you notice a complete change? The other league's on mine do that, utterly broken.Comment

Updated the Spurs thread (link in signature) bad losses to West Brom, Southampton and Norwich are really putting the Spurs to the test as they are barely holding on to the last championship spot towards the end of December.

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
Are you guys playing ALL your matches? If so, how deep are you getting into a career?
I find that I will be hard pressed to get more than a year or two into a career playing all (50+?) games each season.
If you SIM, do you have any sort of method (i.e. play 1, sim 3 regardless of comp)?

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
I've started a new career just to change things up a bit. I've transferred all U-21 USA players to the Sounders and put the team into the English Championship League replacing Rotherham. If interested, you can see the squad here:
http://sofifa.com/squad/67166
As you can see, it's not a very strong team to start, but hopefully the young players will develop quickly.
I'm thinking my career rules will include:
1. Only USA players 25 and under may be added to the team through the transfer process.
2. Youth Academy players may be from any country.
My immediate questions are:
1. Can this team avoid relegation into League 1 during the first year?
2. Can a decent team be built over time with these rules?
3. If so, how long will it take to gain promotion to the EPL?
Any thoughts or suggestions on rules?Comment

-'if they win 5 in a row, they simulate the next match.
- only one match a week and have to simulate the rest. Making you pick which games are more important.
- sim one, play two and keep that rotation no matter what.
- only play weekend and CL/EL matches. Sim group matches and any league match during the week.
Those are just the methods I have seen listed.

Like we discussed before, I play all matches. But I have read others rules.

Good feedback and ideas. Gonna have to implement some I think. Won't get deep into career if I don't--just too many games and not enough time lol

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
January transfer window, my Spurs sit in third place. But I have had a lot of injuries this season and need a solid winger or striker. I am really tempted to put an offer in for Julien Draxler, I think he would fit perfect with Eriksen and Lamela in the middle and Chadli could then come off the bench.
Does anyone have any striker ideas? Someone to back up Kane? Clinton N'Jie is great for speed but I'd like a big target man.Current careers:

Cheikh Diabate or Anthony Modeste are big powerful forwards who could play second fiddle for a reasonable price. Or Lucas Pratto from Argentina.Comment

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
Alright--I'm going to a new approach to career mode. I'll be starting a thread and hope to not get burned out, but I really want to try to get 5+ years into a career.
I'm going to be using Leyton Orient. I will be playing 1 match, and simulating the next 4 games, no matter the competition, unless/until I get to the quarterfinals of any league competitions, or promotion playoffs, in which case I will modify as necessary.
I know next to nothing about League 2, but per wikipedia (LOL), Dagenham & Redbridge are a big rival to Orient, so I will play all fixtures vs them.
As I hopefully am promoted, I will be decreasing the amount of sim by 1, per level (i.e. league 1 = play 1, sim 3; Champ = play 1, sim 2; etc.). Again, my goal is to get 5+ seasons into this, and really build the club from the ground up, and my hopes are that by simulating such a significant amount, I will be able to get deep into this without getting burned out. I'll be creating a thread, and posting photos and some videos (I am currently learning how to use Share Factory--so bear with me).
I hope this garners some interest, as I've been running a page over at DN (see signature) that I really love, but there just isn't a lot of feedback over there, as opposed to having a thread here.Arsenal | New York YankeesComment
