Nah, I want to see this save file to the end of the 15 years. I've never, ever done that. So I feel like I must. Plus I want to keep tabs on the youth guys I brought up from my first team. And lastly, there isn't a team I want to manage. I just want to be in a low level league with a crap team. Which I now am.

So after doing a forfeit through four jobs in order to finally get offered a job from a one star or less team, (yes it took me stepping down one rung at at time, which makes no sense) I am now the manager of Crowley Town. And I lost my first two games, and was told my job is in question, lol.

        2015-16 Bundesliga
        Match Week #4
        12 September 2015
        Niedersachsenstadion | Hanover

        Dortmund Survive In Hanover | Win 1 - 0

Hanover – A rainy Saturday afternoon in Hanover provided a surprisingly exciting match between Hannover and the visiting Borussia Dortmund. The players were eager to get this match in after the international break, in which many of the Dortmund players played in Euro Qualifiers for their respective countries—and, perhaps more importantly, Dortmund boss Josh Hedges got his first taste of international football, leading the defending World Cup Champion Germans to a 2-2 draw with Portugal, and a 3-0 smashing of Northern Ireland, to see them win their group, and easily qualify for Euro 2016 next year in France.

Hannover came out of the gate swinging, launching 5 shots in the first 4 minutes of the game, as the Dortmund defense looked rather shaky after the two week break. Things finally slowed down, and the game was a stagnant 0-0 draw until the 2nd half. Dortmund fired 15 shots on the afternoon, but was able to connect on only 1, a strike from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the 60’ to break the stalemate. Despite a barrage of shots from Hannover in the closing minutes, Dortmund was able to hold on to the 1-0 victory and secure the much needed 3 points, to put them in a 4 way tie for 2nd place, already 5 points behind Bayern Munich (4-0-0).

Hey man, curious as to why you originally chose WHU as your club to support? This is only my 2nd year of hardcore following soccer, and I've seen quite a few interested in WHU--and was wondering what made them be the club you chose.

Well, my reason is kind of weird compared to some maybe, but as an American picking a favorite club it usually does end up being something that connects you to that club.

When I first read Harry Potter (here comes the weirdness, haha, I'm a huge Potter nerd) one of the characters who came from the non magic world was a West Ham fan and so I looked the club up way back then and loved their club history and have a been a fan ever since. Obviously being able to follow them has gotten infinitely easier as time as gone on due to the internet and cable rights etc, but that's really how I latched on to West Ham was really just connecting to the club through their history. Also, as like a blue collar club I connected to that as being from what is usually considered as a blue collar town (Pittsburgh) though Pittsburgh has more titles aha. They're just a hard working club, plus having players like Tevez and Di Canio in the ranks just adds to the star factor alongside the loveable guys like Noble.

Okay, so this crazy. Has anyone else ever ran into this?

My game has been acting odd in this season. And when this happened I couldn't stop laughing. I'm sure its not a bug itself, but when I think of all the other odd things happening I'm worried my save is about to freak out. My short list is my current roster. When I add someone they only stay on it for a day, then vanish. And when they are on it, it says interest shown by West Brom for everyone of them. Like the game still thinks I am with that team. Also my yearly budget for this season with a league 2 team was 11 millions pounds. I also have two youth players who can never lose stamina. They can play every game for 90 minutes and never go below 100%. Not sure what happened to this save, but I'm getting worried its going to completely bug out and not be usable for one reason or another.

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*

Finished my first wild and wacky season with Morecambe. We finished 18th in League 2. Had a chance to finish as high as 13th on the last day of the season, but lost to AFC Wimbledon.

The high point of the season was the improbable second round of the FA Cup where we upset Chelsea in a two leg affair. It looked certain Chelsea would go through in the first fixture but a 64th minute equalizer allowed us to scrape out a draw and go on to secure a win on penalties in the replay. We got thrashed by West Ham in the next round.

While the team had a good year on two thirds of the pitch overall, the attack was a disaster. I just couldn't find and deploy the pieces in any working way.

If I set up in a more favorable formation for my forwards I'd end up fragmenting the whole midfield and back line, and thing just ended up a disaster.

Resident old man Kevin Ellison did some good stuff with his body banging around the opposing backlines early in the season, but he ended up with injury troubles and regressed significantly before retiring at the end of the season.

I ended up deploying Lee Miller—a tiny, nifty guy—as essentially an isolated free roaming striker for most of the year. It was feast or famine, and at times, due to lack of anybody reasonably able to play off him, he could get erased from games by the physical, and scruffy play in League 2. Miller did have a spell on the left side while Ellison had found a bit of form and had a good then bad time out there.

I spent January clearing out some of the old, and invested in the youth academy. As a result, we had a pretty small squad for the second half of the season. Options were pretty limited at times.

I bought Amadou Bakayoko from Walsall in the offseason. He's 6'4" and about 190lbs. I'm not looking for him to score goals, or even improve our aerial presence, I just want him to use his frame to create some chaos, and to hold up the ball in attack and help unlock Miller and some of the youth callups.

So far through the preseason tourney, Bakayoko has really helped us with the physical thing. Opposing defenders have had a hell of a time with him, and Miller has had a lot more space when he gets the ball, and doesn't have to create nearly as much.

The squad is way too small right now, and I'm looking to acquire some cheap backline depth before the summer window closes.

I really want to challenge for playoff spot this season. It may sound delusional, but I didn't think we were that far off last season, but for the unsolved attacking puzzle, the squad wasn't shambolic or anything. Hell, we beat Chelsea!
