Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
(BBCLondon) In what can only be described as "unbelievable" Manchester City gave away the three points in the worst possible way. After falling behind 1-0 early in the match, City battled back to take the 2-1 lead going into halftime. City came out strong in the second half dominating possession and keeping the Spurs pinned back.
After a few near misses by City, Tottenham were able to push on a break but came up just short once again as Yaya Toure was able to slide from behind and strip Harry Kane of the ball. With what should have been a simple pass back to the keeper, Toure put a little too much on it and the ball bounced up and deflected into their own goal to give Tottenham their second goal and what would result in one point from the match.
After the game Pochettino was speechless, shaking his head "Sometimes you're good, sometimes you're lucky. Tonight we were very lucky."

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
Hey guys, I'm pretty new here but Ive been watching a bunch of the career modes here and I'm enjoying them a lot. Ive learned some good stuff too. I'm not a huge soccer fan, so I don't quite know some of the players but I'm having fun learning and trying to get better with it. I just started a new career with Crystal Palace and would love if you guys checked it out.
If you guys have any tips or feedback I'd love it. Thanks guys and I'll be posting more in here because I really enjoy all the videos.
Also, for some reason I'm getting the audio popping and cracking for some reason. I use an El Gato HD60 pro and render in Sony Vegas. If anyone could help me out that would be great too.

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
@moose I have a few questions for your next Mailbag if you're interested.
1. How do you feel about Ceballos and how he did in his 1st season?
2. Do you think that you can challenge for a Euro/Champions League spot this year?
3. I know you said that Striker and CM are your main priorities in the transfer window but do you think it'd be a good idea to go for some depth at the Full Backs?
This last one isn't really a question more like a player recommendation
4. If you're looking for a quality Center Mid look no further than James Maddison from Coventry City.

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
I’ve just wrapped up the January transfer window at Arsenal, sitting 2nd on the table behind Manchester City. MAJOR SIGNING in bringing in Gareth Bale from Real Madrid (£51m), to give me a very formidable front 3 of Sanchez, Giroud, and Bale. Also brought in 2 CB, Olivier Boscagli—an 18 year old from Nice, and Jonathan Tah, who is a 6’4 19 year old from Bayer 04. I also brought in real transfer Mohamed Elneny from FC Basel.
Notable Transfers:
Bale from Real Madrid to Arsenal
Boateng from Bayern to Barcelona
Benzema from Real Madrid to Man United
Matic from Chelsea to Ath. Madrid
I shipped out Debuchy to Borussia Dortmund, Mikel Arteta (no playing time), and a few younger players as well.
Champions League: I won my group (teams were set to as close to real life as possible), and drew Real Madrid (also w/out Benzema (MANU)) in the knockout stage. I’ve got my first match with them in about 2 weeks at the Bernabéu.
FA Cup: Been moving along with wins over Chesterfield and Middlesbrough, with the R16 match next away at QPR.
Capital One Cup: Eliminated in the R16 by West Ham United in extra time, 3-2.

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
White Hart Lane - On a rainy, cold night in London the Spurs found themselves minutes away from dropping another home match in Euro Group play but then Harry Kane stepped on the pitched and showed why he is one of London's brightest young players.
In the 80th minute Kane was subbed on for N'Jie and 3 minutes later netted the winning and only goal of the night as Tottenham secured their first win in group stage, 1-0.
It was an excellent team performance which also saw a first start for 18-year-old midfielder Josh Onomah, who looked perfectly at home in the number 10 role, while Ryan Mason and Nacer Chadli made their returns from injury with substitute appearances.
"It felt amazing making the start with the first teamers. Being able to finally say I was in the starting lineup and have an impact on an actual game is something I will always cherish. Even better that we got the win vs a very good team." Onomah said, all smiles in the post game.
El Sheraarway caused fits for the Spurs all night, taking 7 shots and 4 hitting the target. Backup RB Keiran Trippier felt like he was chasing all game and even with his speed could not keep up. Luckily for him, Huge Lloris was his normal self and preserved the shutou win.
In other group play, Anderlecht beat Altach 2-1 to take the top spot in the table.
Next up for Spurs: Away at Swansea City, the bottom team in the league.Current careers:

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
Liberty Stadium - Tottenham extend their unbeaten streak to 5 matches with a win over Swansea City on a Ryan Mason goal in stoppage time.
Jefferson Montero gave the Spurs fits all night down the right wing with break away after break away, finally his efforts paid off when he rushed into the box and was fouled by Kyle Walker for a penalty in the 21st minute. Gomis stepped up and casually netted the stutter step goal to put Swansea up 1-0 early.
But only minutes later Harry Kane continued his dominating streak and scored an easy breakaway goal thanks to the amazing build up play of Moussa Dembele and Erik Dier.
"When you get a setup like that, it's almost selfish for me to be awarded that goal. But I'll take it of course." Kane commented as he now leads the league in scoring with his 5th goal in only 8 matches.
The second half started with Swansea in attack, taking the first 6 shots of the half until Spurs were able to gain control and keep the match level. In what looked to be heading towards a draw, sub Ryan Mason intercepted a pass at midfield and rushed towards goal. Making a beautiful stop in the box to let the defender go past, Mason drilled it into the far corner to give Tottenham the late lead and eventual 3 points.
