I'm concerned that the starting 11 trick doesn't work anymore for setting goals

I understand why people hate getting fired but I like the realism. My Chelsea fired Di Matteo 6 months after winning the Champs League.

Shouldn't it be my choice how strict the board is? This is a video tvideo game after all

Truuuuue. Does board strictness play a factor? I always choose strict but then again I always start CM with a mid-to-bottom table club.

Is it just me, or is everyone else getting national job offers right out of the gate in September. Seems busted. I did two test MM today and it happened, but both were with Chelsea so I figured it was that. But in my real MM I am using a 2.Bundesliga team, and we are 2-0-2. I just got two offers in my first year, only 4 games in?

Truuuuue. Does board strictness play a factor? I always choose strict but then again I always start CM with a mid-to-bottom table club.

For some strange reason, EA took out the option to alter board strictness. They changed it to financial strictness, which the option says its determines how much cash income gets allocated towards your transfer budget from player transfers.

I'd be ok with this. Personally I'd also be ok with choosing a national team to manage from the get-go if if I wanted to (it is a video game after all ).

I love the idea of running a national team too, so if the offers from better countries comes earlier this year, I for one am excited!

Well, I started a MM with the Borussia Mönchengladbach. Just got Kevin-Prince Boateng to rule the middle alongside Xhaka. They sound fun to play with.

I dont like england either for FIFA. This career mode will def be Palermo and then Eintracht Frankfurt

I'm biased being a Liverpool supporter but LFC!! Good enough to make some waves if they can put it all together...Can you manage them to success? lol

And of course you could always go with a teams like everton, southampton, newcastle, villa etc.

The last couple years for that to happen you had to buy that international manager thing from the store. Its happen in this years game even without that. Unless its a carry over perk.

I've gone for Marseille they lost a lot of good players in the summer so should be a good challenge. And of course the Stade Velodrome is back in so that did it for me. I'm really impressed with how competent the AI is on professional offering a very good challenge. Got Remy for bargain £10m but 120k wages pw greedy git!

So started a MM with Chelsea last night (legendary\15 halves\community sliders) after using my full 10 hours of the trial getting ready. Agreed to the summer cup tournament in Korea and boy was it rough. Totally was out of sync and ended up losing 2-1 to Jeonnam Dragons in the semi-final but all 4 games were not good. Then again I was tweaking tactics and doing a lot of squad rotations.

Now we go to the Community Shield where open the first half a 3-0 lead against Arsenal. Ended up 3-1 where Arsenal scored on the final minute but it was an excellent game both on attacking and defending. Then again, the return of Oscar helped a lot.

But like in real life, 5 games and so far Cesc has been a non-factor and I'm having issues getting him involved except for a play here or there. Pedro has struggled as well. However, I loved Matic last year in FIFA 15 and this year with the new gameplay tweaks he is one of the biggest key factors for me.

Going into the new season I have summer transfer window locked. I am looking at some targets for the January transfer window but we shall see how the season progresses. Gonna be pumping all my training into Loftus-Cheek, Kennedy, Baba, Zouma and Traore for now.

Played a few games with Everton and they are really fun to play with and have a well built squad. I know in my MM, like the real Chelsea I will come knocking at Stones door in the January transfer window. Also Barkley is a beast in this game.
