I don't think they've fixed it in career mode where if you've edited the stadium name for teams with generic stadiums as I've tested it and edited name doesn't show.

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
I'm now 4-1-4 with Union Berlin. Started off great winning two in a row. But then went on kind of a bender losing two, drawing one and then alternating wins and loses over the next four. Sitting 8th and only 6 points back on the leader. But my season may be in trouble already. My star midfield player just went down in the last game with a broken ankle. Hes out for 3 months. Hopefully some of my younger players can step better than they did in pre season.

Using only 1 5/5 star scout, and in Canada no less, this is the team I put together for Canada by 2022 World Cup
This was with no training, 1 scout, and in a non traditional country so the results wouldn't be as potent. These are some speedy recruits too.
What this tells me is two things. 1 ) YA is greatly improved and has varied kind of players you can find 2 ) You can really build a dynamic team quite easily just with your farm system. Training can put that into fast forward mode.Comment

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
OK so ive edited all the stadium names for teams in French ligue 1 but they don't show in career or even when I select these teams in a friendly. Am I missing a trick or is this a broken feature? Not a biggie I know but I would like all the stadium names if possible.Comment

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
Just finished my 10 hour trial via EA Access. Started a career with Sunderland and played the first few matches and simmed the rest through 4 seasons. I really think that Training is overpowered when you got promising talents from your Youth Academy. In Season 4 I have a CB at 84 (Age 19), and two Wingers at 86 and 81 (20 and 18). All have the potential to reach 90-94 and started to get trained at 60-62 I simmed their training every week. So you don´t have to make transfers, just buy the best Youth Staff and you´ll be fine for the rest of your 25 year campaign.
All in all the CM is ok. I like the training a lot, even it seems to be a bit op , but what kills the mode are the transfers. Alaba to Juve, Boateng to Chelsea and so on. Absolutely not realistic in my eyes and other transfer are non existing. Just 25 million + transfers are being done by the CPU teams. I wish FIFA (like NBA 2k MYleague) had the option that you have to allow transfers for the CPU or even make transfers for them.
I do always have the problem, that i get bored after 3-5 season in FIFA CM. FIFA 16 isn't making a difference in that aspect. Comparing to 2K's MYGM this is a Joke.
I really wish EA would take care of offline players, but they treat us sh*t. I want to build a new stadium, change jerseys, get new sponsors, much more financial depth. Youth teams. And more depth in statistics. This year i won't buy it, even though i do really like the gameplay this time. But as an offline only player i'll only get this for "free" via EA Access in May/April 16. Till then i'll have so much fun with NBA 2k16, best game out there when you're an offline player.Last edited by il_tedesco; 09-24-2015, 06:18 AM.Comment

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
I thought EA said they fixed the crazy board objectives this year. Seems like the only change is they removed the ability to lower expectations with a lower rated lineup. This makes trying to move up to the BRL in a road to glory almost impossible if you're using challenging sliders.PSN: OldStyle24Comment

This is probably a silly question, but how do we do the training? There's an option for it but I can't click on it or anything; is it only available during the offseason or something?NFL: Bills

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
Any advantages to playing outside of England? I'm open to it, but I love the idea of having 4 leagues to play in and advance through. Are there any differences that make other countries more fun?
Right now, I'm 3-1-2 with Barnet in League 2. The training aspect is really cool so far. Makes a big difference for my starters that are all rated in the low 60s.Comment

You assign any player to a drill and you practice manually or simulate it.Comment

Re: *The FIFA 16 Manager Mode Thread*
Yeah, I get that; I'm saying I cannot access that menu. It has a big thing for training right below "Play Game" and "Sim Game" but there's no option to select and enter it so I'm not able to get to the screen where you would assign players to a drill and stuff.NFL: Bills
