A lot of changes but my squad looks great and very youthful now. Depth in every position. Maybe gonna sign a new GK next season to replace Marshall but he is fantastic in this game and will last me this season and maybe the next as well as first choice. He is going to retire at Cardiff. Next season going to try and sign Zaha permanently and then the rest will go towards two youth scouts. One will go to Wales and the other England searching for any players.

In total just over 9 million spent and 2 million received.
Still have 1.5 million budget with 34k wages left. Will use the wages trick at end of season because no transfers are needed in January unless I can find a good GK on pre-contract. Suggestions?

I've found that it's always the first one on the calendar. As long as you met the objective on the first tournament you can slack off on the second, unless you're ambitious. Good luck!

Pretty sure it's 15 seasons mate. I've only ever finished once and that was back in FIFA 12

Its still 15? Thought they would of increased it!
The only manager modes Ive completed were on FIFA 08 and 10 xD Both with United.
Hopefully Ill finish my Ajax one too. Most probably i will since I sim most matches except rival games/European competititions.

BTW. Update on my Ajax save. Just finished first season with Ajax Handed a $115 million budget after I managed to beat Munich in the UCL thanks to a 117th minute Fischer strike :'D Now have a European Super Cup match against Arsenal :O

Accepted job as Colombia manager and guided them to a WC! Falcao is a beast :O Too bad he is out of my budget. and philosophy.

Just got Semih Kaya from Galatasaray. He is slow but a very solid defender. Also signed up Muriel from Udinese and Narsingh from PSV. My strikeforce is beastly now. Lewa, Muriel and Fischer + Bakkali and Sigthorsson.

Still looking to strengthen my squad. Anyone has ideas?

Also, just observed Fischer didnt progress A POINT. Despite playing like 90 percent of the games. Anyway to fix it ?

LIVERPOOL CAREER MODE

Match 10

Arsenal 0-0 Liverpool
A relatively boring game with not many chances. Did not live up to the expectations of a match between two teams going for top 4. The only real chance came in the last minute when Giroud hit the post with a header.

Match 11

Liverpool 0-2 Fulham
Mitroglou 4
Kasami 41
We didn't deserve to lose, but once again, it was a weakened side that killed us. Mitroglou leapt like a salmon to convert an Alan cross. Then a passing move between him and Kasami led to Kasami rifling into the bottom corner.

Match 12

Everton 2-2 Liverpool

In a heated Merseyside derby, Barkley popped up early on to fire under Mignolet to open the scoring. I decided to change the tactics a bit, moving the returned Sturridge to the left and bringing Suarez in field. It worked, as Suarez hit a shot that Sterling headed in on the rebound. Not long later though, a throw in bounced of Aggers head and landed at Traores feet who fired home. Suarez then jinked through the defence before expertly chipping over Akinfeev for his first goal of the season. In the 90th minute, Shaw got his second yellow for tripping Lukaku.

Rakitic scored his first goal for the club, smashing it into the top corner from 25 yards to open the scoring. A spectacular save was made to deny Long from Mersin, as Mignolet is out for 6 weeks with a broken toe picked up on international duty. Late on though, Jelavic won a header to equalise. Suarez though, raced clear of Chester and Davies and finessed it past McGregor.

Wow. The players I acquired over the two windows made sure I had NO MONEY LEFT. And this overhaul made me a giant. I literally rolled over a few Eredivisie teams while simming.

Fended off bids of 73 million and 64 million for Lewandowski (from PSG) and Muriel (from Man City) respectively. Man. I really wanted to sell them, but that would leave me weakened. And I actually wanted to hold onto my best. I will sell of Lewa eventually, since I am sure he will want a bumper contract, but that will happen next year when he is in his last year of contract.

Sigthorsson scored for me in the 81st minute. After that I went with a 5-4-1 with TWO DMs. Yeah ultra defense.

I again went up against Munich, but this time thanks to my improved squad, it all felt a bit easier than before. And strikes from Fischer and Lewandowski ensured we won 2-0!


Onto the third season now. Handed a transfer budget of $130 million and wage budget of $650,000. Brought up a few players from the youth academy and they are out on loan learning the game. What is the best way to develop youth in this game?

With that massive budget, I dunno who to sign Any ideas? :O
I really need ideas to spend that budget, since budgets dont carry over from previous seasons
Might get Zouma or Umtiti since the only 80+ rated CBs I have are Alderweireld and Kaya. Zouma will be young and grow fast.

Might get Zouma or Umtiti since the only 80+ rated CBs I have are Alderweireld and Kaya. Zouma will be young and grow fast.

I recommend Eric Dier. He is an amazing young centre back and him and Kaya will be great with each other. I also recommend investing some of that into the youth academy as I've found some real gems from that before.
