    Press Conference

What's your opinion on the season?

It was simply amazing. We were meant to be relegation candidates but we played really well always, everyone gave 150% and I was lucky to get so good players for my style of couching. Ofcourse, I never even thought about relegation and I was sure we would get to European competitions. But Champions League and second place by a few of points, that wasn't expected. Yet. For my first season away from Brazil, it was just perfect.

Who do you think was the most important player?

Everyone. Everyone did their best, trained hard, sweat blood and fought till the end. And it payed out. We are a good team, not just squad.

Will you be looking to move to a bigger team?

No way! I love my team and my players and I can't imagine letting everyone down by leaving at this important stage of the rebuild of the club.

Are the rumours about new millionere owners true?

I don't think I can speak about that. But the boss has promised us a lot of money for the Summer.

Do you think K. Mitroglou will stay in the club after just 2 goals?

I won't answer questions about the squad and players.

    2014 - 2015 Season

Fulham FC got bought by a Arab millionere and he'll pump the money in! The manager will have 60 million to spend according to news reports. (The budget was only 13,5 million)

The Summer transfer window started and I needed a better winger, a holding midfielder, an attacking midfielder, a left back, a younger centre back, a few squad rotational midfielders and a second striker. I was thinking about a new goalie, but after Stekelenburg stepped up his game alot during the second half of last season, I won't be getting anyone for the GK position. Also, Digard arrived on the Bosman deal. My transfer targets were:

    LB: Alberto Moreno
    CB: Ginter, Varane
    Winger: Volland
    CDM: Medel
    CM: Casemiro on loan
    CAM: Oscar, Kroos
    ST: Ings, Lukaku, Batshuayi

I put Tunnicliffe (65ovr CM) on a season loan. I also sent Dan Burn, young and talented CB, on loan. I sold almost useless Mitroglou as well as aging Riise. Oscar had only a year left on his contract, so I got for 4 million cheper than his value. I'm looking to bring Kroos in in the Winter with a Bosman. Here are the transfers:

    Transfers in:

    Casemiro, loan
Ginter, 9.5 million (overpayed for him)
    A. Moreno, 7.5 million+Briggs
    Gary Medel, 3.2 million
    Oscar, 18.5 million
    Kevin Volland, 11 million+a bad RM I can't remember
    Danny Ings, 4.2 million+Woodrow

    Transfers out:

    Mitroglou, 11 million
    Tunnicliffe, loan
    Burn, loan
    Riise, 340.000

    Fulham's Champions League Group:

    Paris Saint-Germain
    Fulham FC
    PAOK
    Bor. Mönchengladbach

    August 2014 results:

    Fulham 1 - 0 Chelsea, Community Shield
    Ramos 18'

    Watford 0 - 1 Fulham
    Ramos 21'

    Fulham 2 - 0 West Ham
    Oscar 10', Ramos 48'

    Sunderland 0 - 4 Fulham (Sorry, Indiblue )
    Ramos 5', Oscar 45', 82', Volland 48'

    September 2014

    Fulham 1 - 2 Tottenham
    Oscar 63'
    Soldado 45', Kane 60'

    PAOK 0 - 1 Fulham, CL
    Corchia 69'
    Swansea 2 - 3 Fulham
    Rangel 4', Bony 51'
    Ramos 7', 59', 73'

    Wimbledon 0 - 1 Fulham, CO Cup
    Rüdiger 112'

    Southampton 1 - 3 Fulham
    Osvaldo 44'
    Ramos 12', 45', 74'

    My Starting XI (4-2-3-1):

    -------------- Stekelenburg--------------------------
Corchia -- Ginter -- Nastasic -- Alberto Moreno
    ------------ Medel -- Vilhena----------------
    Volland -------- Oscar --------- Dejagah
    --------------Ádrian Ramos----------------

I play on Legendary, 4min halves.

Please leave at least some feedback, so I know I'm not doing this for nothing! Every piece of feedback will be appreciated and taken seriously!

Just smashed some Eredivisie team 5-0 on legendary playing a 4-2-4 formation.
Gonna start a new save now, and this Ajax one can be one I play when I want something really extreme :P

So, basically what I wanted to ask was, can anyone recommend any teams that I can play around with? Usually prefer Top 4 in their respective leagues - atleast a team that can challenge for continental football.... Would also prefer it to be in one of the more competitive leagues. Hoepfully the team will have some scope for rebuilding...
If anyone has any ideas, please drop a comment below. Thanks
You could try Everton, they always seem to be challenging for the final Champions League spot and they have Barkley and some other good young pieces. You could try and take them to the next level.

Yeah. Thanks mate. I was actually trying to decide between Everton and Lazio, since both have good young talent and can be challengers. Additionally, I havent played with either - neither on FIFA nor on Football Manager, so yeah, it could be an interesting save
Trying to make a small list of such teams I could play with, and then decide, as of now it is between Lazio and Everton.

Nice team you got there though. Surprised at Mitroglou not being prolific

After a long career (6 months?), i have decided to start a new one in the BPL.

With MCFC. Chose City for the money, change up from my last career.

Sold Kun Aguero for 90m to barca, Dzeko for 15m to Bayer, Sold Lescott to BVB for 4m.

Signed Sergio Ramos, Wayne Rooney, Paul Pogba, & Diego Costa!

            working on Ramires from Chelsea.

"We had a great campaign, and I have to owe it all to the lads who went out there every week and played hard. Our supporters backed us from the very first match, to the final match, and this is something that they deserve to have. The owner gave me a task to gain automatic promotion, and we have achieved that in a great fashion. I am looking forward to next season in the Championship, and I know that the lads are getting excited as well."

If you are looking for fun teams that require some work to become a powerhouse but can at least challenge for a European spot:
England - Everton, Southampton, Aston Villa(my current cm), Newcastle
                      Italy - Fiorentina, Udinese, Genoa
Germany - Leverkusen, Schalke, Wolfsburg, Werder Bremen

Newcastle probably being the biggest challenge of the English teams I listed. Soton has the smallest budget of those teams but they also start out with a large contingent of high potential young studs. Newcastle, while having twice the budget of Soton, requires almost an entirely new starting 11.

Coulda brought in Ronaldo if I wanted, but i chose to bring in a collection of talent. Rooney, Pogba, Costa, Ramires, Ramos, Adnan for one player? i'll take it lol

We caught up with the manager outside the training facilities and he commented on the transfer window and upcoming season:

“Were a good team, it depends on the effort which the players give me during practice and how our practices transfer to in game play. The transfer window was rough, we had to let go Robertson, who was a real fan favorite. We wish him the best at his new club, but we have full faith in Camdal to become a routine starter, and have the young prospect of Roberts backing him up. Jose Miguel Silberia was a great offseason addition and provides us with a solid force in between the sticks. Under Duke’s goalkeeper training and coaching, we believe that Silberia can maintain the same form Duke displayed last season. As for Bjorn Jopek, he was our main target for we scouted him for months last season, and watched a lot of his film. He adds a new dimension from the left side of the field and will be a fine addition to this roster. I have high hopes for this season, and the fans should be excited to see whats in store!”

So you heard it there, Kiefaber thinks this year is going to be special! Get ready Cobbler fans for were in for a wild ride!
