Wow man. 4 defeats in a row, a total of 15 goals received. I don't think I've seen that before in anyone's updates. Quite surprising actually given the great results you've had in the Bundesliga so far especially on Legendary. What really impressed me, is that Michal Mak netted 7 out of the 8 goals St. Pauli scored this month. Are you using him as a winger? So awesome despite his relatively low overall. Another good thing is that you're still in the top 6 on the league table and 4th and 5th aren't too far either! Sounds like you weren't the only one having a tough month!

Titan is a new manager to the world of football and has high pressure from the fans and board! They expect him to lead the Saints to a mid table finish.

About 2 weeks after his appointment Titan tells the media about his transfer policy. He said that he only will buy young players for the first team and for the future.

        - More to come

As Rabbit already said. WELCOME! Glad you decided to come out of the shadow and start posting! Even though you'll be focusing on only bringing in young players, will you keep your older players at the club? Every team needs some experience on the roster. Looking forward to your future posts!

A player of that calibre, if he doesn't fit you make him fit. I would definitely be open to trying out different formations until I find one that can make him the most effective. I'm not sure I would have him playing as a striker like you did, since I'm not particularly good with short strikers, but I'm thinking maybe as a CAM in a 4-3-3 Attack where he's still close to the box. Back with Wimbledon I dropped Luke James there when I needed to have 3 men in midfield and he was still scoring goals left and right. As for value, I think you've set a good price tag on him. Personally, I wouldn't sell him. You already gave him the opportunity to leave when you accepted Palermo's offer, but the player himself said he didn't want to go. He chose to stay with you rather than return to his home country. You've had youth players that have wanted out, like Yamura, but Farago has shown loyalty. I wouldn't forget that. You might have a one-club player on your hands!

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?

@Rabbit, Farago is a great example of not needing great physical stats to make a good striker. He has amazing technical skills though!

@Tex, After the first game I though it was going to be a great month for you, it didn't turn out that way though, nevertheless you are still in the top 6 and I'm sure you'll pick it up next month.

@Titan, Welcome! I'm looking forward the career and only bringing in young players is an interesting twist.

                Season 1 Millwall February

                Matchday 28:

                Millwall – Ipswich (2-1)
                • 6’ Lingard (Zelalem) (1-0)
                • 34’ Ciftci (Martin) (2-0)
                • 85’ Hurtado (1-2)

Recap: In this entertaining matchup between Millwall and Ipswich it was Millwall who came out on top with this 2-1 win which looked certain up until Ipswich scored their late goal and made the end of the game a bit exiting.

MOTM: Nadir Citfci: Had a good game in which he scored a great goal and created chances and space for his teammates thanks to his great ability with the ball.

                Matchday 29:

Brentford – Millwall (2-2) (Reserve team)
                • 38’ Macleod (1-0)
                • 45’ Gregory (Cowan-Hall) (1-1)
                • 65’ Martinez (Carson) (1-2)
                • 72’ Proschwitz (2-2)

Recap: It ended in a draw in this London derby between Brentford and Millwall which will make Millwall disappointed since they now dropped points again for the second time in just a month and this against one of the worst teams in the league.

MOTM: MacLeod (Brentford): Scored an amazing goal which was right up there with some amazing acrobatic goals from Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimović.

                Matchday 30:

                Bolton – Millwall (1-3)
                • 7’ Martin (0-1) (Trapp)

                • 77’ Ciftci (Martin) (1-3)

Recap: Millwall bounced back after the disappointing draw in the last game by getting a concinving 3-1 win away against Bolton and that they bounced back directly shows the character of the team.

MOTM: Nadir Ciftci: Had a great game in which he scored two goals and was really close to getting the hat-trick several times.

                Matchday 31:

Millwall – Cardiff (3-1) (Reserve team)
                • 12’ Gregory (PK) (1-0)
                • 16’ Berget (1-1)
                • 48’ Gregory (Cowan-Hall) (2-1)
                • 83’ Gregory (Cowan-Hall) (3-1)

Recap: In this clash between the first and second placed teams of the league Millwall surprisingly sent out their weaker team but despite this they came out with a convincing 3-1 win over their biggest competitor for the league title.
MOTM: Lee Gregory: Scored a hattrick which shows how well he played this game, he was deadly effective with 3 goals in 3 shots.

                FA-cup: Round 5:

                Aston Villa – Millwall (1-3)
                • 3’ Benteke (1-0)
                • 67’ Martin (Trapp) (1-1)
                • 73’ Martin (Lingard) (1-2)
                • 88’ Zelalem (Cataldi) (1-3)

Recap: The 3-1 win to Millwall in the game between Millwall and Aston Villa was not fair regarding how the game looked Aston Villa was the best team for the whole game but didn't manage to turn their domination into good scoring chances.

MOTM: Lee Martin: Had a great game going forward and was instrumental for us in our chase to turn the game around which we managed to do thanks to his two goals in quick succession.

                Matchday 32:

Norwich – Millwall (1-1) (Reserve team)
                • 71’ Lafferty (1-0)
                • 90’ Gregory (PK) (1-1)

Recap: This was a very bad game for Millwall with them being outplayed by Norwich but they managed to sneak away with one point thanks to a doubtful penalty awarded in the last minutes of the game.
Millwall also got two players injured in this game, Paris Cowan-Hall for 8 days with a bruised elbow and Mitchell Weiser got a torn claf muscle that woll keep him out for 3 months.

MOTM: Lee Nicholls: Kept Millwall in the game by saving shot after shot until finally having to surrender one shot in the 71’ minute by Lafferty but thanks to his amazing play he kept it at 1-0 and then Millwall managed to get a draw by the late penalty kick.

                February Recap:

This month wasn’t nearly as good as usual we only won 3 and then we had 2 draws however we are lucky that we didn’t lose a single game and stayed unbeaten. This month it was the defence that didn’t perform nearly as well as usual. We conceded at least one goal in each of the game played this month which means that this month alone we conceded more than double the amount of all the goals conceded up to this month.

However we did at least win our FA-cup game against BPL – side Aston Villa with 3-1 and now we have advanced to the quarter-finals.

                Player of the month:

Lee Gregory: The reserve striker got a lot of playing time this month thanks to many games which lead to the need to rotate the team. Gregory scored several goals and was in many games the difference between us getting three points and none.

Absolutely brutal month. I went from a middle of the pack defense to one of the worst in the league in just this single month. As for Michal Mak, I've actually been using him up front as a striker. Did it one game and he broke out so I kept going back to it. Also use him as a winger at times when I want to rotate my strikers but keep him on the pitch. Him, Çiftçi, and Rubin are forming a deadly combination.

I think United is happy with their replay now. Win at Old Trafford and their odds of winning it all have increased exponentially with all of those teams out.

Hey guys I decided to start a new CM but with a twist I can only buy players ages 21 and under and from my Youth Academy. I will still be doing my Betis CM but not right now because my Xbox Live Gold ran out and my Betis saves are on my cloud save and you need gold to access those saves. So for the time being you'll have to live with this new CM with a Serie B team.

Keano and Simppu already know the team so dont spoil it you two

Capital One Cup – Final March Season 1

                                Preview: Chelsea – Millwall

It’s the two London based teams Chelsea FC and Millwall FC that will face each other on this beautiful spring day. That these two teams would face each other in this final was something no one would have expected when the season started, it’s not especially surprising that Chelsea have got to yet another cup final but it is very surprising that Millwall who just last season struggled to stay in the Championship now have taken themselves to a cup-final for the first time since 2004. Millwall has had an impressive season so far with them dominating the FL Championship with a 31 point lead and still an unbeaten and beating the likes of Arsenal FC to get to the cup final.

                                Press Conference:

Q: Are you exited over taking this trip to Wembley and face Chelsea in the Capital One Cup final?

A: Of course I am! Coaching my team in a cup final in Wembley is something that have always been a dream of mine and I never expected to reach it in only my first season in English football. But thanks to my amazing players it has now happened.

Q: What do you think about your team’s chances of winning the cup?

A: Of course Chelsea are the major favourites in this game but I believe that we do have a chance of winning this game as long as we are very disciplined and effective in our counter attacks.
                                End of press conference…

                                Result: Chelsea 0-1 Millwall

Recap: This Capital One Cup Final was not very uneventful. Chelsea dominated the game but it was Millwall that came out with the win thanks to a great offensive run from the left back Matthew Briggs that then managed to make a perfect low cross that Lee Martin just had to tap in for the first goal. Chelsea just pressed on and on but Millwall’s defence performed really well and then Lee Nicholls took care of the chances that Chelsea managed to create.

MOTM: Lee Nicholls: The goalkeeper stood for a lot of amazing saves that will be remembered for years to come, without him we would never have won this game.
